What i observed through your explanation is, Lucidness of concept, Clear in thought, Intrest in teaching, Good sense of wit, The necessary body language while explaining, hand gestures The inner motivation tht is very rare to find about Only a person who did experience whts the wisdom truly is can teach like this. So it was literally Awesome. And thanks a lot for making such a amazing video. I do remember what Albert einstein has said "If you do not explain what u learn in simple words then its mean u do not undstnd it". You did it well girl. A big Applause for your Mastery over teaching.

At8:33 ma'am reasonable classification was already there in old doctrine which hast to be determined through 2 test The new doctrine tilt more towards equality before law The new doctrine some where is a blend of "reasonable classification (old doctrine )+ abolition of arbitrarily (princilpe of natural justice has to be followed) N they club both

Overall it's a great video... but I have few questions. 1)Even in the old doctrine ,reasonableness was available at the time of Classification i.e.. Classification should be reasonable and even in new doctrine you said they(court) added Reasonableness+(Classification+Rational nexus).. that is confusing. because Reasonableness was already there. 2)Natural Justice is not explained very well, how it is part of Article -14, I guess it is more of part of Arcticle-21 In essence- You explained old doctrine well but I was not able to understand new doctrine . if possible prepare a new video or clear my doubts

No.. it doesn't .. law comes under article 14(2) Classification.. C AB comes under 14(2) via classification of a minority religion group of islamic country

The right to sue and be sued , to prosecute and be prosecuted for the same kind of action should be same for all the citizens of full age and understanding without distinction of race, religion, wealth ,social status or political influence.

It doesn't, article 14 is for "people of India". CAB is for internal refugees.
