Funpark Bordon Building Up ready for Fridays opening, We got some footage of the Thunderdome Waltzer being built up, Simon also looked at the Freak Out, Extreme and Superstar ride all ready to day, also Simon was lucky enough to capture the Waltzer pull on and Dodgems pull on.
Simon did a fantastic job here, just capturing the sounds of the fair and gaff lads building up, all the clunks and bands, it’s like ASMR for enthusiasts!
We aim to do more of these for local grounds this year as we can’t afford to travel as much so going to get content different ways, We love grabbing behind the scenes videos, Build ups and are committed to doing more! Simon is taking a big role in this and will be on the road more to bring fresh and new videos.
Sadly Simon had to go before the Waltzercwas finished but got half the build, We will aim to get more full builds but it’s having time and knowing when a machine is getting built up.

Great to see Simon out and about. :) What would be an interesting video to those of us who do not see it is the marking up for a street fair or if they mark up for a fair on a field. The work behind the design of the ground, the marking up processes and then pull on.

This year how can we make fair rides better this year than last year. Also what do you think needs to change to make funfairs thrive so they can be bigger and better. Maybe you can ask the showmen and women that too to see their opinion on it.

do the showmen get shown how to set the rides up for the first time? How do they learn the setup? or is it just guess and go?
Well as they say when I was and still am crim Bo m sit it really really cold wet but I am tuff man longs dodgem Walzer Arcade you name it have ever been in the rooftop of a dodgem when still riding full hot this we bilt up by hand
