i think the villa itself is great. But the main selling point of any villa for anyone is privacy, but here its completely surrounded with other buildings from where the people can just look out of the window and get a glance inside villa.

For those of y'all who don't know , I think this is a co owned villa type purchase where several other people will put 88 lakhs and it will become 7 cr . You cannot just live here 24*7 365 . Charges like spa and all will be extra

Probably, you cannot live here forever. It's just like a holiday home. You can live here for a month, then leave. The next owner comes and lives for a short span, then leaves, etc.

It is worth to buy and extremely very cheap with all beautiful interior decoration and well designed.

It's a holiday villa shared with others month/day wise. One can't stay here forever in this price. 7+ crore is the final ownership price.

You get only a share in property say one eights .. therefore actual cost is about 7 crores..then u can use property for about 44 days in a year
