Beautiful house..well designed. Looks like it follows the concept of "time share" .. so u don't actually own the house but you share it with other 7 people and u can only stay there depending on the availability! People overseas are stuck in time shares that they cannot get out of so be careful!

I don't understand, in Portugal in Lisbon, at 16 Cr, you get a fabulous Portuguese bungalow with an Atlantic view with a golden visa which enables you to stay/ work/ do business in Portugal and other schengen countries. This used to be a old Portuguese style house, the well and the roof being the last remaining vestiges. It has been hacked and opened up lofts added, new teak doors added, bedroom mushrooming with attached baths out of thin air, a plunge pool all with a view of the Mandovi that alone has stood the test of time and seen how her poor goa has been ravaged by unscrupulous builders with so called aesthetics to make a fat share and devide the largesse. Please don't call this a Portuguese style house.

It simply means multiple owners. All of them will have access and rights to use it whenever they want with mutual agreement

This property is 2.11 Cr per owner and there are 8 owners. So you can only stay at this place for 44 days in a year if you purchase the ownership for 2.11 Cr😅 The total cost of this property is over 16 Cr.

is the documents fine...bcoz in goa there is some problem with Portuguese generation...some will have land over goa..so be sure befor buying something in goa

This villa was for sale at 2cr five years ago it belonged to a lady in Miramar who had a house for sale in Miramar also apparently it was bought by a Mahathi Newspaper owner and he spent around 1cr on its renovation, This place is a jinks and hence nobody buys it.
