In my opinion you are trying to fill application form now......The deadline is already over....Better to apply next year

Dear Ammar, please clarify, have you explained it for Ph.D. Candidates or for master? because for master they are asking for scholarship details, please confirm what we have to provide them in that section of the application ???

The scholarship is only for PhD unfortunately 😔

Salam. Sir applied for phD under UBD scholarship in fabruary 2023, after documents screening and interview I secured admission and university sent me admission notice, But university mentioned "self funding " on admission notice, while i applied for UBD scholarship program. University has mentioned to join the university by last week of july 2023, but I am still unsure whether the result of scholarship has announced or not as I am nớt interested to join on self funding. It was also mentioned in the notice to aceept offer via portal, Upon accepting the offer portal did ask for funding source and I marked Scholarship , but I am not sure if I have got the scholarship or not.I have sent emails to the university as well, but got no response. Can you please guide on this

I think you didn't get a scholarship 😢 Scholarship criteria is different than admission....As you already accepted the offer, they will send you admission letter and other documents soon and you can verify your status from admission letter also

Sir, is it mandatory to attest photocopies of documents which needed to be sent them by post???

Respected Ammar bro! Please make a video as soon as possible for GKS-G-2023 visa process and documents require for Visa application because NIIED will display the final list of selected candidates at the end of this month or early july. I don't have any idea about visa process. I am asking because before visa application I should have idea and I would be able to complete documents timely. Thanks

For gks students visa process is very easy. D-4 visa is for language course (1 year) then converted to D-2 visa for MS or PhD. The documents required are 1. Letter from NIIED 2. BS and MS degree and transcript attested from HEC and Mofa 3. Family registration certificate 4. Passport 5. Matric and fsc degrees (no need to attest) 6. Medical form from selected medical centers

Bro please reply... I have applied for January 2024 intake on July 27... Last date was July 31... Should I send hard copies of my documents to them as well or not... Because they've written that "once you submitted your online application you are not required to submit any hardcopy"... It's clearly mentioned

For PhD, UBD offers only one scholarship...I have mentioned that scholarship in the video, write the exact name as mentioned there

Dear Ammar, I want to apply for GKS scholarship for 2024 but confused about sending original apostile documents to Korea, If i get all of my documents attested from board, IBCC, Mofa and Korean Embassy and just send color photo copies to University in Korea. Will it work ? Also, MOFA and Embassy doesn't attest photocopies

After attesting original from all, take photocopy only to embassy and ask them to attest copy and send that copy

@@ammardilawar510 Recently they have changed the policies and want you to take copies of original attested degrees and go again to HEC and then Mofa and then again to embasy ( Its a whole bunch of Work now )

@quratulainaisha3265 but mofa don't attest photocopies....As my latest information if your original attested from embassy then just take original and photocopy (they check the original and attest photocopy)

@@ammardilawar510 Mofa is attesting the photocopies now and Korean embassy says they won't attest the photocopies until they also have the same stamps ( Hec+Mofa) like the original documents

@quratulainaisha3265 Thank you for the information but it is very hectic...May I know one thing that is it possible to attest original and photocopy together from mofa then go to embassy with original and photocopy and ask them to attest.....Or first we follow procedure for the original then again for the photocopy.....
