What a trooper, Andrea! Staying happy while roasting, is above and beyond the call of duty. Even the GoPro didn't stand the heat. Kudos to all, love to watch your videos and dream.

Great floor plan!

Love the slam latch doors. The awning is pointless at that size. Needs to be a larger awning.

I agree w/ Andra about the valances. A big dislike for me is the lack of pantry space in the galley. Basically you can sleep 10 adults and there's no place to put any food and supplies in the galley, it really is a galley not a kitchen. I would want a flip up countertop extension too. Wonderful outside storage.

Andrea, you rock! And you have such attention to detail in the videos, which I appreciate. So thank you! I agree with your dislikes and will add...don't think there is enough storage on the inside....also needs a pantry....the monitor on the dash needs to be higher....need to have a reel for the cord outside...and I would have preferred a party sofa instead to fit Everyone and get rid of the dinette...it is too small. The two bathrooms are nice. They give you somewhat of a nightstand..like that and the cargo capacity seems good. Thanks Andrea and Matt! I am a big fan of Jayco...so nice to see this!!!

I really like that the black and gray dump has a door to get to them. Excellent idea and helpful for those with bending or kneeling difficulty.

We have a 2021 precept 36a and absolutely love it for a family of 4. Yes I wish there was more pantry storage. But once you have a taste of having our bathroom and the kids have there’s it’s a no brainer. I will say that I have installed liquid springs on the rears and was so impressed that next week we are having the fronts done in Red Bay Al. That’s right next door to Tiffin Motors. So many good things about this rv for the money you are not going to find anything under $350k

I like the way the TV has storage behind… every RV should either do this or have a televator…I love the 700 lbs above the cab!!! I wish they would have made a bigger u shaped dinette… love the big fridge!! Should have been a convection microwave- that oven is tiny for as many people they are trying to sleep in the RV - … bunks, etc.

This is a beautiful family Motorhome! Even if there are 3-4 kids/ guests, you would never need to drop the dinette down for sleep space. - I hope they don't all want to sit down for a meal at the same time, because that dinette isn't family size. The + is that there is a pedestal table that fits between the captains chairs, that helps. I definitely want to give Jayco props ++ for doing the backsplash all the way around the side of the stove!! I wish more RVs would do that. And I do agree with the beautiful Andrea on those valances. - -the southwestern look is getting old and it doesn't go with farmhouse decor. + I'm impressed with the 750 lb capacity of the bunk that drops down. It can hold 2 people or 3 littles.

In a future video, could you interview a dealer about what is in the news concerning the poor quality of all the RV units being rushed out of the factories with poor quality control.

Bunk Beds, not a fan. radius shower not a fan, I like the Fleetwood bounder/Southwind storage door design better. Love the side cameras in the mirror, trust me they stay clean in the worst weather. Jayco does build a quality RV and the price is pretty good.

I think this is a very nice motorhome! Having a family of 6, I love all the sleeping options and two full bathrooms are awesome! I am not digging the southwestern-themed valences, but they are not a deal-breaker. You are right, Matt that the awning is small. If Jayco wanted to, they could have put an additional awning over the bunk slide. Andrea, you're awesome for being out in that heat helping Matt with the videos. Great video guys!

We need to all chip in and get Matt a wireless clip on microphone.

Indeed! I'm seeing more and more couples buy these bunk bed versions and having the dealer rip the beds out and install in a custom office space for two people.

I'll combo your 3rd like with the inside and outside storage and add the cargo capacity 4000 lbs + , that's astonishing in a gas powered class A under 40' . Shout out to Andrea you both look like you've been run ragged since Hershey. Go home and recharge for a few days you earned it !!! We'll look for you......NEXT TIME !

I do not like the second shower. It is totally not needed I would rather have more storage. You are not mentioning the fact that you like manual controls over the touchpad. Is that because the touchpad is becoming standard? If so, I hope it has become more reliable. Great job, Andrea, we love your knowledgable input! Of course we love you too, Matt!

It needs some oversize Nolden driving lights and wall board that's a little more lively in the bedroom.

This is a beautiful coach with great storage on the outside, but have to disagree about the storage on the inside for being a family unit. It would be better to not have a second bathroom and utilize that space to provide a bigger actual sofa not a loveseat. Provide more countertop for prep and pantry storage for pots, pans and food for a family.

Hate the valances too and as soon as you moved that awning out I said, wow that’s small!

I wish they would have the display screen up higher on the dash

Nice coach, and floor plan, I think the dealer put in the wrong specs for the black holding tank capacity at 102 gallons? I believe it should be 40 gallon holding tank capacity. 72 gal freshwater, 40 gal gray and 40 gal black. :)

This lay out works. Always great to see a bed over cab over 250 lbs. The house fridge adds more use with water and ice.

I have a 2021 36A. I love it but I also agree with you, I wish the bunk beds would flip up for storage. We have 5 children (4 still living at home) and we can use all the storage we can get while camping!

I like the windows in the bunk beds and back bathroom let's in that natural light and helps the bunks feel not so claustrophobic! I would like to see a fireplace, I know it's a space issue, becuz of the heat factor on those chilly nights! Otherwise, I agree with you guys!😀 Andrea, love the outfit, looking good girl! Matt, such a gentleman to mention and thank Jen for editing! This is a good lookin rig, but I agree with Andrea, don't like the valances! Much love🥰♥️

What the heck! For 187,000 certainly they could use one piece showers and a power cord reel.

I suspect they over ordered the fabric so they're just using it until it runs out. For a country motif it's hunh?? For a southwest one it fits better, maybe.

Hi Matt abs Andrea! My likes are the 2 full baths and abs the storage and how it sleeps a lot of people. My dislikes are the bunks need to be where you can use that area for multipurpose. The awning not big enough for outside. That’s all my dislikes. Thank you Matt and Andrea and Rv One if Orlando.

Matt, how often are 2 ppl going to be showering at the same time ? A; pretty much never / 2 showers is just wasting space take that shower out and put in a washer / dryer did I blink and miss the pantry ? How did Andrea miss that ? how do you pack up a family of 3 or 4 and not have food storage ? The only thing good about this coach 2 toilets and bunks have TV's

you know what would be great now that the Canadian/US border will be open in Nov that you hook up with some Canadian RV dealers so you could recommend good ones to Canadians. Also might be cheaper for Americans to come up and buy in Canada! love you guys!

Great layout, tons of storage, awesome wet bay, Jayco does that right! Love the farm house style, TV in a great spot, master bath is great. Not a lot to dislike on this RV.

Great design except in my perfect dinette, I'd have drawers under both seats. Removing cushions to access storage is one step I'd rather not have to deal with. Side opening, slam latch doors on outside storage are PERFECT! 2 bathrooms are SO wonderful to have!

The only "A" I like is the Axis (which isn't really an "A"). If you want an "A" spend $500K. Otherwise get a Leisure Van.

I'm with you on the bunks. One thing I'd like to know, though, how many people can be seat belted in, and are there any child sear tethers?

I really hate that the Jayco/Entegra models don’t have a gravity potable water fill. Also hate having two gray and two black tanks…real pain in the rear, on both counts.

I like it, except the exterior paint color. Likes: two bathrooms, pass-thru storage, king bed, fridge, and dislikes: small awning, ext paint color, bunk beds (and they can't be converted to storage).

I have an Alante 31R and wished I had gotten the precept. I do love my Alante but am always thinking of trading up.

#greatjobandrea we agree with your likes and dislikes. The black cover for the hot water heater really makes the outside look cheap, and the awning is just too small. Great cab, great kitchen counter space, glad the king mattress doesn’t fold. Cheesy valences also make the interior look cheap. For such a high CCC why is it a 5,000 lb hitch? I think it edges out the ACE and might give the Winnebago a run for the money. Appreciate your hard work, Matt. Thanks RV One.

The faux vintage farmhouse decor looks dirty, I believe that patina should be earned😬 And what small motor home needs two subpar bathrooms 6 ft from each other, give me one great bathroom with a porcelain prime pooping position instead😉 Andrea, you are so correct about the valances, they look like they belong in a $10,000 trailer👎

Is it prepped for a washer dryer? I didn’t see one.

There is only one channel that comes close to you guys. I won’t mention who but he uses a tape measure and always gives sale price. But that said this is my absolute favorite RV CHANNEL. why? #1I love your background story #2 I love Matt -Andrea -Will and his beautiful wife. I’m sorry I had a brain fart and can’t remember her name at the moment. You guys are fun entertaining-and personable. Also you are like family friendly. I do wish you guys could say what the sale price is tho. I’m not interested in being pressured into giving my info out just to get the actual price. Question how do you guys deal with that Florida heat for real ???
