I concur here - a variant like this that is targeting a family is fantastic but full timers who work would love the ability to delete the bath and optimize for an office and extra storage/wardrobe

Glad to see that the right-side screen by the driver was moved to a more angled position than it has been on some of the models over the last few years! As noted with the other comments, so great that Fleetwood listens! The layout is pretty cool -- I really love the amount of room with the slides in. A few comments/constructive criticisms -- the l-shaped couch at the front looks a bit uncomfortable and cheap. While I get this is a more entry level coach, it could probably be made to look a little more comfy/padded with minor costs (or perhaps even a paid optional upgrade). There does not appear to be any other options on where to put the tv in that living area, but everyone will be straining their necks to watch with it so high up/ Also, another thing I assume that might be too much for this level of coach but I like the other commenter's point about configurable back rooms. Also, the bunk is high enough that it should have some small railing or other safety measure. Would love to see this layout in a Bounder!

Love the kid cave!!! This RV just went to the top of my list. The kitchen is always a point of distention for me. We need more COUNTER SPACE. I know it is hard to fit it all in. I make most of the food we eat and I need the space. The outside kitchen is a really nice feature but what am I supposed to fit in that fridge? It needs to be bigger. Why is there no sink in there as well? I know you have water back there for the 2nd bathroom and washer/dryer combo.

I love the innovation y’all are bringing - I’m no engineer so this might not be possible but if you bring the entry door back to enter into the kitchen you could go next level with that booth design and have a televator integrated to put the TV across from the theater chairs. I understand if that’s not possible why you made the choice you did but I don’t understand doing the short fridge in the outside kitchen when there is plenty of space to fit a tall fridge. Outside kitchens are rare for Class A’s - let that bad boy shine. Tough call on whether to have that cooktop on the left or a proper sink - I’d appreciate either but would lean toward the sink as most RVers are particular about their cooktop/barbecue setups and are likely gonna bring their own and use the propane hookup OR you could have the best of all worlds and provide a hook setup to hang a propane cooktop on the outside of the RV by the propane setup

It would meet our needs perfectly, if: 1) It was offered on one of your diesel pusher platforms, with much more Torque than the Ford Godzilla. I just don’t think we would be happy with the HP and Torque specifications I’ve read about in the gasoline powered Ford Godzilla… 2) do not like that TV position at all. We’d like it much better if it were on a telelevator platform, behind a dinette that would replace that current L-shaped dining/seating area. Love the layout. For us, it just needs to sit on a DP. We’re looking to buy in ‘25 or ‘26, so y’all still have time 😉

I’ve been thinking about this model a lot and having two baths causes compromises that reduce the utility for full timer retired couple. I love the rear room as an office. However, because there is a desire to have a bathroom accessible to that rear bedroom you end up compromising the living room layout, the kitchen and the primary bath. Drop the half bath and you allow the following core changes: 1) move entry door back a few feet and you can now set the dinette across from the theater seats and have a televator or wall mounted television right across from the theater seats. The current off angle setup would be horrible for full timers. This also would create a living area that would not feel like it is on top of the kitchen. 2) Return the space of the half bath to the kitchen and bath area by converting the bath to a traditional walk through Class A bath and place it between the primary bedroom and the rear office/bunk room. I know there is a subset of people that want a bath between the primary bedroom and the living area but this would be the only compromise in the design and what you get by having just one bath is worth it to me. You’re never going to please everyone but with these changes I think you’ll have a category killer. If the two bath layout is a must then maybe explore these concepts with a longer chassis. I always want a better kitchen and my wife always wants a better bath. Right now, to get both we may need to go fifth wheel because most high end fifth wheels have proper residential ranges/ovens and for whatever reason Class A’s cut space to kitchens in favor of second couches and shorter lengths. We’re still a couple of years from retirement and I’m still learning so I know what to do when we pull the trigger. What’s confusing to this newbie is that in residential real estate kitchens and baths sell homes but those two are usually the most compromised things in motor homes. Makes no sense to me - with all of the space on a top end Class A RV there should always be at least two drawers in a primary bath. A kitchen should have a full size range and oven and at least 30” of lateral counter space dedicated as a work area - who really wants to cut onions on a sink insert or stovetop cover? A television should not be a neck wrecker and should be directly across from a pair of theater seats. “Sleeps 10!” is a nice slogan but this focus on sleeping capacity ignores a huge part of the market that sleeps 2 and sometimes has a guest or two - let’s take care of the paying customers - if my kid visits, I won’t mind throwing him up in the bed over the drivers seat.

I really like this floor plan for our use-case/mission. (We have an adult special-needs child. I think there are more of us out here in this forgotten/neglected market segment than the class-A manufacturers realize.) I love the fact that the kids cave is in the back. This allows “full run” of the RV, without going through what would be his private room/space. …and the fact that it has its own half bath would mean that he wouldn’t have to “ever” come out of his room(which is highly stressful for him). In the kid cave, what is the length of the bunk bed, and also what is the length of the pull-out sofa bed, when in “bed mode”? The only real floor plan design limition I see for us(assuming the “kid beds” are big enough) is the lack of kitchen counter space. Please consider offering this floor plan available in on a diesel platform!

Fridge is disappointing for this size and cost. The kid cave is disappointing if you do not have kids. Make an option for a standing office with that couch. Would also prefer more space there than a 1/2 bath. I would expect better on this from Fleetwood. No one can afford kids anymore lol
