Wonderful sharing Bro. Bo am enlightened because one night I was not able to sleep thinking of my close friend whom I in love. When I know that he didn't like me ,I was depressed . I prayed God and I told my feelings that I was hurt...the following night I was able to sleep soundly. He heard my prayer. Thank you so much for your encouraging Fulltank program. Mabuhay!

Thanks for this Brother Bo. Ive been battling with anxiety lately and somehow ive lost my way to go through life in every day. Some times I just stopped talking to my work mates and get irritated with their presence without any reason. Im a loner by heart and sometimea its hard for me to connect to people. Its like being a toddler again trying to connect to people. And this became my doom of cloud above my head and just like domino effect it affects my whole being. I needed these God's verses and i surrender to Him all these negative expressions that has taken over me. I fully trust in Him that this season shall pass. Amen.

hello. i don't know where to turn to, so i listen to fulltank when i feel shitty. it's just... sigh. my mom makes me hate myself and make me insecure and suicidal and depressed. i didn't think i would break down right now but, oh, God. i can't stop crying. my hands are shaking, itching to hurt myself. at this point, i don't know who i hate more-- me or my mom.
