Not sure if my comment here landed on correct film. I'm answering your question of greens similar to Hmong greens. Yes we do. I come from the southern part of the USA and we grew greens like turnip greens, collard greens, mustard greens etc. Don't ask me what the differences are as I hated them when I was young. I thought only poor people ate them. Lol. Love them now.
