They wont release it for a while just to keep the light off him to try and calm the situation. There is a decent chance he didnt even actually get arrested they could of asked him to come into custody for everyone's sake. Chances are he's being held more so for his own protection at this time. The city knew they had to make something happen to try and calm this all down. All you can see is his house and block covered by enough police it looks like the president is visiting the place

I don't know what your options are, the government is you. I don't get it.
