I installed these on my 2006 today, they fit perfectly and everything works. Truck is an 06’ King Ranch FX4. Kinda cool to know that they will for sure work on 2006 trucks and maybe 04’ & 05’s as well. 100% happy with the Morrt and would buy again.

I finally installed mine...I love them, the fit and finish is better than I could hope for. The switchback function is awesome! Thanks boost auto!

What year truck do you have? Do these mirrors look too big for the truck or are they proportional? I have a 2013 supercrew

I watched the video. I changed the left mirror accordingly.. god bless whoever made this video.. 100 dollars left in my pocket.. thank you very, very much..

I bought a pair of tow mirrors very similar to this for my 09 F150. The main plug went right in. There is a second plug though. The second plug is a blue and greenish blue wire. I don't have anywhere to plug it in, and I think those wires are for auxilery running lights and maybe parking lights.

Our mirrors only have on wire in the secondary connector and it should be blue. If you have two wires it sounds like the mirrors are not from us so we would be unfamiliar with what the wires are for. We would recommend reaching out to whomever the mirrors were purchased from for guidance.

I noticed that towered the end of the video it's a different vehicle. The door boot is different when you're putting it all back together

I wanna buy these for my 2005 Lariat. As long as they fit into the doors I can customize the wiring harnesses inorder to make them work properly.

We only offer F150 mirrors from 2007-2020 currently. These will not fit your truck.

I noticed you only ran the blue wire to the left side headlight. Am I right in thinking nothing ties into the right side headlight? Thanks

That is correct; you can splice both blue wires to the one headlight.

I want to buy these like last month but I cant find the wiring harnesses on your website. Does it automatically come with every set to mirrors or is there a sku# for them?

I've been doing some research on how and if it's possible to modify to power fold via some sort of aftermarket module. No luck so far. anyone have any idea if it's even a possibility?

It is not possible; the structure of the power folding mirrors is completely different than the manual folds.

What about the heated option how do you wire that if you don’t originally have the heated option?

Most trucks are pre-wired for the heated option even if the original mirrors didn't have it. Contact our team for more info

I noticed your full tow mirror is color matched. Is that bottom half the stuck tow mirror painted over or is it a piece you buy seperate

This customer had our full mirror painted.

Instead of running the wire through the firewall out to the headlamp, could you just wire it right off of the wire from the Headlamp Switch?

What would be the best method to get the mirror defrost feature offered on the mirrors working, when my truck didn't come with the option for heated mirrors? Tap into the rear defrost maybe?

It should be plug and play with the rear window defrost. Ford pre-wires the doors for it if the truck has rear window defrost, even if the original mirrors didn't have that feature.

@@KingDeuceDroppa I’ve had them on there for nearly 3 years, they work perfectly (not even Montana winters have caused anything to go haywire) I got the ones that are blacked out with a chrome tip and smoked turn signal lens. The chrome is a bit faded now but it still looks good and works great!

The shape of the mirrors looks a little Different in this video than the ones in photos online. Wanting to order but I’d like to get them in the same style as this video if possible

The biggest difference I’m noticing is the way the 2 out posts flow into the back of the mirror housing if that makes sense. The ones online it is different

@@rayce5487 We no longer have the two raised edges on the front, all of our mirrors have the flat front as the website depicts.

Question. I got a 2014 F150 XLT. The factory mirrors already have running and park lights. Would i still need to route all the wiring or should it be done already?

For 2013/2014 trucks originally with the square head style tow mirrors it would be plug and play. I'd recommend giving our team a call at 765-831-2830 and ordering over the phone and clarifying this with them, as that's a pretty odd truck and we want to make sure we wire them for you to be plug and play.

How did you splice the passenger side blues wire to the driver side blue wire

You can do it many different ways. In this instance, we used a butt connector and put two wires in one side and then another length out the other.

Hey do they make power fold and telescope once yet?

Same spot as the drivers side. You can splice both wires together.

This customer stated it was about $300-400 for the full mirrors. If you're just doing the caps most body shops normally charge about $80-100.

Do the tow mirrors have the dim mode?

If you want to gain the running light yes. The blue wire is for running light, not signal.

Hello, Our tow mirrors are on backorder currently. The date posted when you order is your estimated ship date.

So the switchbacks only work for emergency lights not turn signals

These come with a 1 year warranty. If an issue arises after the 1 year, do you guys offer repairs for a fee? or is the customer completely out of the money?

Our mirrors are all built in house so we stock all of the replacement parts. If something fails outside of warranty and it's a serviceable part we will sell you just the replacement part.

Blue wires get spliced together - they are for the running light.
