On our western Caribbean cruise vacation, we booked a day pass to the “Nachi Cocom Cozumel Beach Club & Water Sport Center”. This was not an official excursion offered through our cruise line (Royal Caribbean), so prior to the vacation we simply went to their website and reserved our spots. We heard great things about Nachi Cocom Cozumel prior to coming so our hopes were fairly high, and overall, it did not disappoint. The beach is amazing and well kept. The tiki huts are abundant, so we were able to nab one right out front without arriving too early. The service was excellent and so was the food and alcoholic drinks.
A couple minor negatives would be that a staffer barked at me for using too much fresh water washing off my sons’ feet. We used the outdoor shower for no more than 10-15 seconds, so that seemed a bit aggressive. Also, the pool was quite cold. They have a hot tub but only for adults. I have no problem keeping the hot tub for adults but at least heat the pool or offer a secondary hot tub for all ages. Other than that, our experience at Nachi Cocom Beach Club in Cozumel was very positive and we’d certainly be willing to revisit.
