When you get off the train you will walk across the two platforms and then take the stairs down for a look at the beautiful forecourts surrounding the two exits of the East Pakenham station.
End of the journey takes you back to New Pakenham Station, enjoying the outside view from window seat again.
Train service has started at East Pakenham station from Monday, June 03, 2024, and now Pakenham is boom gate free. The Pakenham line serves 28 stations across 57 kilometres (35 miles) of track. The line runs from Flinders Street station in Central Melbourne to East Pakenham station in the South-East.
There are 2 entrances to the East Pakenham station underpass accessible from the car park on Ryan Road and Sharnet Circuit. Bike hoops have been installed so you can park and secure your bike.
