The amount of room inside depends on the unit. I'm a fmr Paramedic- often thought they'd make a good camper. They're VERY well insulated.

Never hold yourself from going to restroom. UTI even men get it. Talk to truck drivers. Get a compose toilet. This is your home.

No toilet/shower combo, or sink?? Oh my God, I would be absolutely miserable. Just constructive criticism...I would really rethink this setup. It doesn’t seem very practical.

Most van lifers don’t have showers. They have gym memberships and are constantly on the move. They camp in places that have showers and toilets. Some of the Van lifers I follow have composting toilets but rarely use them.
