On todays episode of understanding Flite Test: "Winter's coming in hot" = Winter weather is approaching quickly. "Back on the build train" = We have started building kits again. "Glue globulations" = A large amount of hot glue required to fix a broken airframe. "Nom noms" = Rubber bands/zip ties for repairing broken airframes? Lol love the vids guys! Finally ordered my Scout SBK and floats! Can't wait to get it together 👍

Barely built planes, Unstable aerodynamics, Fly Flat Out Challenge, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum (You decide which is which), Epic Confirmation that Steel Poles are Harder than Foam, this Vlog delivers seasonal fun and laughs. Great job guys. Here is wishing all of you and and your Flite Test Guys, Gals and Families the very best Christmas and Joyous New Year. My wishes for you in the New Year are continued success and increasing fun filled adventures.

I love to see FliteTest people flying FliteTest designs. I fly FT planes almost exclusively, and it's a blast to go out with a buddy, pass our transmitters back and forth and take turns trying to one-up each other. Or maybe we'll just play a game of catch, doing wingtip catches/launches with a Versa or Bloody Wonder or Tiny Trainer until we run out of either batteries or airframes. The joy of flying with friends is a real thing, and FliteTest does a great job capturing that.

The arrows are honestly the best ft planes I have ever built I built 3 of them. (not that I've built alot) but I really like it. Its fun, durable, fast, and easy to build. I don't like the battery door though seems to always come unlatched during flying and there's not alot of space inside for battery.. But never the less I love it. Keep up the good work ft!

I already told Austin this, but everyone builds their own ft 3d with fpv setups and then run an rc red bull air race. It's has to be at the shop, and each plane has an onboard lap time sensor. Add the flag poles as a slalom section and a Paradigm PPG pylon into the course and you have yourselves a challenge!

The reason it flies like that is NOT the vertical stabilizers. You signed my Combat arrow, and it had massive amounts of that. Also, stefans is much stronger, due to having no pod, because the spar goes all the way through the middle. I'm the arrow master-I have built 300% arrows, 30% arrows that didn't actually fly, 1 regular arrow, 1 with sheet metal on the wings that was overpowered, 1 that had no cutout in the back and no pod, and 1 with no cutout in the back and no pod but with motors arranged like a kraken.
