    Screw women like this. My half brother went through something extremely similar. She turned everyone against him, friends, family, coworkers, and courts. He took his own life. 2 1/2 years later the truth came out, and it tore our family apart.

    Sorry about your brother, my sister was similar too and she's 13 years older then me. She turned my parents against me because she started getting jealous that I was hanging out with her husband at 11-12 years old, because he had cheated on her multiple times and she wouldn't leave him. I would think she would be ok with it after a few times of us hanging out and her knowing, then suddenly she would be upset I was with him. Then I would come home to being dragged by my hair and getting slapped in the face then punched on my back by my dad and my mom being old fashioned in thinking respect your elders, including your siblings, so she only got involved if she felt it was too much...sometimes. When I couldn't stand her is when I had to point out to her and my parents that I was with him that day to pick something for her. They calmed down but still tried to make it my fault and said from now on don't hang with him anymore. We've told you so many times, maybe listen this time, you got hit because you keep making her uncomfortable. But that was the start of the worst. My BIL started to groom me. Telling me inappropriate things. At 13 I was leaning on a chair to look closer at a flyer on the wall of at Walmart for taking pictures. He came up pressed himself against me and said, stop leaning over like that. The way your butt is poking out is making me hard. He walked off a bit to show me. I was shocked and didn't know what to say. It kept going on and on, but since my sister had a son at 14 I stuck around for him. Which would put me in positions for him to whisper to me inappropriate things. My sister stopped getting upset about us hanging, because she saw I hung out with my nephew when I was with them. But she moved on to other things, turning my parents against me for not cleaning the bathroom we all share and stupid stuff like that. Her husband even went to my school to keep an eye on me. They became so controlling of my life, getting beatings because I upset her. She even convinced my family I didn't need new clothes or shoes when I got into high school or anything. My self mutil@tion was getting worse. I wanted to k!ll myself the day my mom suddenly knocked on the bathroom door and I was barely in there actually using it, then my mom surprised me and said hurry up and get out of there. If you're in there cutting your self, I'll give you a reason to. I stopped hanging with my BIL for a few years, but started to cause my nephews wanted me there and i was still too stupid to just realize everything he was saying was wrong back then at 20. What finally broke me and drove me away was when he m0l3sted me when i was asleep because i smoked a bowl and tired from work. I woke up with him on top of me with my shirt over my face. All i could do was cover myself up and convince him to drop me off at a mall to hang out with my friend. Which in reality i went to see my new BF (now husband) no one knew about yet, but i didn't know what to do. I felt i couldn't tell anyone, especially my family since a few months earlier my dad got frustrated about something small back hand slapped me in the mouth and busted my upper lip on my braces. And I didn't want to involve a BF that i just started dating 3 weeks before. I didn't realize till recently how much that day damaged me mentally. Especially since BIL caught us that day and threatened to shoot my BF. Then made me feel like a street walker and telling me to find my own way home, all because he when he asked me if i was still a virgin anymore, i said no. He asked when and i said a couple weeks ago. At 21 years old, when he was married to my sister at 20. I eventually left and haven't been back since. 5 years ago at 28 i finally stopped wanting to end it. Always said was too afraid to do it, but no I wasn't. My family did eventually find out when my sister was trying to get custody of her kids, when I was 25, but for some reason didn't want to divorce him. They needed people to testify against him and I had a load to tell, even secrets he only told me. His secret apartments for one. Since i moved away across the country by the time i had to submit everyrhing by email. Also adding things he said to women and how women would tell him you wish your wife was like her sister. Even put in how much he said he loved me when he took advantage of me. My sister texted me that night when she read the letter. She said she was so sorry for all the years that she turned my parents against me and how she cried reading the letter. She was finally divorcing him and that I was right all those years I told her to divorce him, even though I told her I have my reason, but I know you won't leave him anyways. I said that since I was a teen. It took me years to forgive her, especially since everyone thought I should, but no one understood it wasn't all going away just like that because she said sorry. No matter how genuine. Especially since my mom and oldest sister told me how she tried to get upset with me first by saying why didn't I say anything. My older sister told her how could she when you would go crying to mom and dad so dad can beat the crap out of her. She probably thought we would turn against her. My mom went off on her saying you took advantage of our trust and brought that snake into out family. We told you for years to leave him, he's a cheater and you didn't listen. Yet you turned us against your own little sister for what? Then she said because she didn't trust me with him. My mom went off on her saying she was a teenager a child. And yet you trusted him with all those women he cheated on you with. You should have gotten on him for that and left him when he wouldn't stop. You set your sister up for him. There was more, because I remember my older sister explaining more and how she tried to one more time to get the heat off her, but couldn't. I'll admit every once in a while my anger gets the best of me because it pops into my head, but my family has gotten better towards me. Treat me like an adult now. Plus religion and friend helped make them into better people. Unfortunately when i moved I moved closer to my in laws who are 100x worse, but that's a whole other story full of manipulation that I don't need to get into. I already went to far with my comment. So if you read this far, sorry for it being so long. I just understand getting to the point of wanting to end it all. So I'm really sorry for your brother, because I can imagine what he felt. 😔 it's really heartbreaking to be in that situation in your family and feeling like no support from your parents. And I'm really sorry if this offended you in any way by trying to relate my story if it bothers you I'll delete my comment if necessary.

    The OP's decision to help her ex BIL was totally worth it in more ways than one plus the OP's mom and sister have hit rock bottom down the line and cutting them out of her life is no big deal, good to go for her.

    The mother is crazy let her daughter accused the ex of abuse. that can literally ruined a man’s life. all because the sister cheating and ex rightfully didn’t want to be with her anymore. I’m glad sister went with op. so op can help him out. because just how op reacted to the ex. she knew the sister is a lying and a manipulator. If it wasn’t for reddit. she wouldn’t have helped him. Not saying op is wrong for feeling that’s why. But imagine how other people would feel about him. When they don’t know the sister is a liar.

    So basically OP got kicked out and got a nice apartment. one day after 6 years her sister shows up at her apartment saying that her husband kicked her out and physically abused her so OP lets her stay at her apartment, then one day after work a guy walks up to OP and says his name is john and he is the husband of the sister and then explains that he didnt ever abuse her and that the sister was having an affair so he kicked her out and all the evidence was on a flash drive the sister stole and that he needed it because the sister filed for domestic abuse so OP looks for the flash drive with no luck and then one day OP see sister on the computer using a flash drive, and after sister is done using the drive OP sees the sister find it in the suitcase After sister leaves OP takes the flash drive copies it and puts it back so sister doesnt get suspicious and gives sisters husband the copy. Later when court arrives sister loses the case and OPS mom call her very angry and scolded OP and then later OP found out that the mom was aware of the affair and was helping OPS sister to ruin the mans life so OP cuts contact for both sister and mom. THE END 🎅🎅🎅🎅🐻🐻🐻👣👣👣👣👹👹👹💍💍💍🎄🎄🎂🎂

    This is probably fake, but some abusers do keep evidence of their wrongdoings as "souvenirs" as a collection so they can look back at it proudly. Or she kept them to edit out the parts of arguments (just like how Amber Heard did with Johnny Depp) to make Jake look like the bad guy and to prove that she was hanging out with Tom only "platonically".

  • @Arkryal

    @Arkryal

    Ай бұрын

    Yeah, it's written like a book. Authentic online posts are much more informal. Sounds AI generated, the channel owner should make sure to modify their prompts to make it more convincing. Incidentally, I also happen to work in evidence management for civil litigation, and the chain of custody on that flash drive is pretty suspect, not to mention the means by which it was obtained would be problematic (likely inadmissible). If I understand correctly, this was used in his criminal defense trial for the false allegations of abuse. But the video doesn't disprove abuse. Whether she cheated or not has no bearing on whether she was abused or not. As it turns out, cheaters get their asses kicked too, probably more often than non-cheaters I would imagine, but it's still illegal, lol. What would have happened is OP would have called "John", who would have called his lawyer, who would have gone through the investigators, alerting them to the existence of a flash drive containing more evidence, known to be in Sara's possession, and they would have gotten a warrant, or more likely OP would have authorized the search of her home, bypassing the need for a warrant. Police would have collected it directly and maintained chain of custody on it. Just by copying it as she did, she destroyed metadata that needed to be preserved. And nobody would ask her to testify against her sister in such a trial. It's a criminal matter, Sara is a witness at best, but not party to the trial. Criminal would be John vs The State. Sara isn't on trial in that matter. OP has no direct knowledge of the alleged abuse, it's hearsay (like actual hearsay, the exact definition of it, lol). OP would NOT be asked to testify at all. They never would have even suggest that, that thought would not be in anyone's head because it's stupid, lol. In reality, John's lawyer would have produced the video, and if it was the proverbial "smoking gun" the story implies, the DA would have simply dismissed the charges so they didn't waste time at trial for an assured loss. Sara's testimony that alleges abuse is evidence in the eyes of the court, but so is John's testimony that he didn't, which negates her claim. And he's got the presumption of innocence. So if it's a "He-said, She-said" scenario, he wins by default, the DA wouldn't even bring charges unless there was more evidence against John. Nothing about this sounds even remotely real.
