INGREDIENTS
"If using my Perfected Keto flour you will need to
ADD 1 Tbs plus 1 tsp baking powder"
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream plus 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil “olive”
1 cup Boiling Hot water
2 cups or 220 grams of
MY Cake & Cookies All-Purpose Flour
• KETO All-Purpose Flour...
2 cups allulose
3/4 cups cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant coffee
BAKE AT 350 FOR 30 MINUTES
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1 1/2 stick butter aka 12 TBS
3 Tbs cocoa powder
1 Tbs black cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
6 Tbs heavy cream
1 cup allulose
pinch of Salt

    I made your chocolate cake recipe. It was fabulous. Very moist, very soft. I couldn't tell the difference from a bakery cake. It was moister than any box cake I have made. I keep it in a cake saver/carrier and it tastes just as fresh and moist as the day I made it. I agree with your comment is the best keto cake out there on you tube. My cake required the entire 30 minutes to bake.

    Alright alright alright 👍😊 I made this recipe and used it as cupcakes, as I could not find my cake pans that I packed. Baked it for 25 minutes in cup liners. Girl, you have to rename this cake. It is NOT just chocolate cake.....this should be called: Keto Fudgy Brownie Cake. Oh my..... Soooooooooo good. I have been on keto full time since 2018 and can say that this recipe is "the best" decadent chocolate (brownie) cake I have ever put in my mouth these last 4+ years. I actually had to immediately freeze them because I was having portion control issues. I also made a keto swiss meringue buttercream frosting....by swapping out sugar for Allulose, following Preppy Kitchens tutorial.

    I got my oat fiber yesterday, finally! Made your Cake & Cookie flour today and used it as replacement for all purpose flour in my pumpkin roll recipe. Your flour worked perfectly!     @@marinashear3818 here you go: Pumpkin Roll 3 large eggs 3/4 cup sweetener (I used a blend I made from Trim Healthy Mama) but any sugar free sweetener will work. 2/3 cup pumpkin puree 1 Teaspoon lemon juice 3/4 cup Victoria's Cake & Cookie flour 2 Teaspoons cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon baking soda 1/2 Teaspoon salt 1 Cup chopped pecans (optional) Cream Cheese Filling: 1 Cup sweetener (confectioners) 6 oz cream cheese, soft 4 Tablespoons soft butter 1/2 tsp vanilla Directions: Preheat oven to 375 and spray jellyroll pan (15" X 10") with cooking spray. With electric hand mixer, beat eggs, granulated sweetener, pumpkin and lemon juice until smooth. Mix together flour, baking soda, salt, ginger and cinnamon. Add these dry ingredients to wet ingredients with mixer to incorporate. Spread batter into prepared pan, spread evenly and drop pan on counter a couple of times to balance. Sprinkle chopped pecans on top of batter if desired. Bake till cake tester comes out clean. Mine took 15 minutes, but ovens are different, so start checking it at 14 minutes. Let cool in pan 5 minutes, dust top of cake with confectioner sweetener, place clean dry dishes towel over cake and quickly turn pan over on counter. Starting at a short end roll the cake, dishtowel and all into a roll. Set it aside and let it cool completely. After cake has cooled completely, gently unroll the cake, spread with the cream cheese filling, then roll up and wrap in wax paper or plastic wrap. I keep mine in fridge, or if you wish, you can freeze it for later. To make filling, use hand mixer and mix the cream cheese, butter and powered sweetener and vanilla together til smooth.

    I have just made chocolate cake donuts with a chocolate glaze with this recipe. Omg! Amazing! I just did not add as much water to the cake recipe to keep the batter thicker. I only did 4 tablespoons of boiling water. It brought it to more of a cup cake consistency, so probably no water would be more of that thick donut feel. For the glaze I did 1 teaspoon of gelatin powder, 2 tablespoons heavy cream, 2 tablespoons hot water, I warmed the water and heavy cream up first in a microwave for 20 to 30 seconds then combined with gelatin and 1 Cup POWDERED DOWN Allulose, 1 TBSP Hershey’s cocoa 100% Cacao natural unsweetened powder

    Just finished my first piece of your chocolate cake. WOW and absolutely delicious. The texture is superb - can't be beaten. Firm but fluffy and light. Melts in your mouth. You can tell when you cut the cake that it has a good solid texture. Your perfected keto flour (with baking soda) is a hands down winner. Magnificent. Out of the oven the cake had doubled in height. Easily. Dropped somewhat as it cooled down. As you say this is real cake. Best by far that I have managed to create after 6 years of keto baking. I went by your recipe but substituted the allulose with an erythritol product called Natvia. Halved the amount in the cake to just 1 cup. The cake was not gritty with crystals at all - very smooth texture. But the icing that had not been cooked also had this erythritol sweetener and this was crunchy with crystals. So I think I can get away with the Natvia sweetener in cooking but not in things uncooked like icing. Allulose in Australia is not easy to get. It seems only available from USA and costs about $48.00 per kilo. In your dollars this would be around $32.00 - so it is not cheap. Plus you have to wait for it to arrive in the post. So I plan to get allulose for all your sauces that do not require cooking. But think I can get away with this Natvia erythritol product for most things cooked. Thank You Victoria - your perfected keto flour is a real game changer for keto baking. Fantastic. Now that I have your flour sorted out I will be diving into all your recipes. 😊🙏

    @naturalexplorer If you grind your erithritol making it a "powdered sugar" texture, it may be better in your frosting, not gritty.😊 (However, I couldn't use much of it as it bothered my stomach.)

    Victoria, I have done Keto for 12 weeks and lost 12 lbs. Got appendicitis and it burst on the way to the OR, almost died on the table. Recovered completely but was off of pure Keto and doing dirty Keto, kept my carbs under 75 a day but still put weight on…now doing Ketovore and keeping my carbs to under 30 per WEEK. Long way around the barn to say that I was missing having a dessert every now and then. I found your channel and it was a game changer, your perfected flour and self rising flour have me hooked. In the last week I made buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy, pizza and today a full sized chocolate cake. I have cooked professionally and I mean to tell you that cake was awesome. Fluffy, moist, no denseness and the frosting was light and airy. Well I said all of that to say this, you deserve all the support you can get.     I used this flour recipe to make an apricot cobbler and another time a blackberry cobbler using a buckle type batter for the topping. I was very pleased how they came out and so were the people who ate them

    This Chocolate cake is excellent! I didn't know if I could have the Oat Fiber as I can't have Inulin, Psylium husk or Chickory. I had no problems with the Oat Fiber. The Frosting did not work for me so I added 4 oz of cream cheese. Turned out Excellent. You can't tell this is low carb. One of the best chocolate cakes I have had in a long time including regular sugar. Thanks for such a great recipe! Wish you could do something for pasta - the thing I probably miss the most.

    I Made your chocolate cake and we love it. We only have 9” cake pans; so, I just added 25% more of each ingredient. That’s not exact for the different pan sizes, but it’s close enough. It’s difficult to add 25% of an egg, but I have 8 laying hens that lay different size eggs; so, I just picked larger eggs. Thank you for all of your recipes.

    Absolutely beautiful! Thanks for the gelatin tip in the icing- so smart. I was considering adding some melted cacao butter to achieve shelf stable, since it works so well for other things I've needed to stabilize, but I'm hesitant because of possible separation.     Ok I just made this cake but cooked in muffin tins instead. Also, I didn't have alulose so used erythritol/monk fruit blend. They took forever to cook. At least 45 mins and center is still a little too moist. Outside is crunchy. They taste great but they stuck and crumbled. I didn't do the icing. I will make whipped cream and eat the broken muffins with a spoon. So be aware, changing the sweetener makes a difference. Everything else was the same. Not a fail though as hubs loves them.

    @@Solitude11-11 Hello! I live in Channel island Guernsey. I bought a blend from the app Iherb... It's a bit expensive but ... If you wanna try .. Mine it's from whole earth (allulose, erythritol,xantan gum, stevia and monk fruit blend)

    Hello Victoria. I just made this cake today. It was delicious and way better than any other keto cake recipe I've ever made. It was very moist as well. But, it might be a difference in altitudes in regards to how much liquid to use. If I follow your recipes exactly I'm finding the cake batters or the loaves of bread come out a tad too wet so I think in my instance I'll need to cut back a smidge on how much liquid to use. Otherwise great delicious chocolate cake recipe!

    Oh my goodness 🤩 This cake is amazing. I made mine into cupcakes So moist and yummy. I did add a little vanilla extract to my icing which is out of this world. I’m hooked. Thanks so much. 💙Cheryl

    Fabulous recipe!! It honestly tastes like if not better than "normal " cake. Im in New Zealand so i think our ingredients may differ but oh my, this was fantastic. But dont do what i did and put it all into 1 baking dish/tin. Not only did it take ages to cook and monitor but boy ohhhh boy did this rise up like crazy! It got huge 🤣.. it did deflate a bit once cooled but it was still a good "normal" sized cake. Highly recommend 👌 👍.

    What I'm finding and reading is absolutely phenomenal. I do worry a little bit I think you should trademark or copyright your mixtures I would hate to see companies take advantage of your hard earned diligent 3-year work and all for health reasons I commend you. One question as usual the gelatin where do you get that is there a particular brand or a place that you get it at I found lots of beef flavors things like that but not a container of just gelatin? Thank you

    I made doubled Perfect Keto Flour, make the cake I didn't have allulose the cake pretty good, the frosting tasted pretty good I think it would have came out better with allulose, but without allulose I used erythritol, monk/erythritol most of it was powered and it still came not pretty good only a slight cool feel. I doubled flour so I can make more recipes with it.

    My question has nothing to do with this beautiful cake (which I plan to bake). But you commented on another video that you would share a recipe for donuts. I have a pan just waiting for you!! I would very much like a way to make a lemon curd filled donut (no donut hole in middle) Trying to entice my husband to like Keto!! I LOVE your channel, your personality, your instructions !!     I used this recipe to make donuts this morning. I halved the recipe, in case it didn't work out & wouldn't waste too much ingredients, and it made five 4" donuts, using a donut mold. They came out pretty good, maybe a little less dense than they need to be, but all in all we had donuts for breakfast! I baked them 20 minutes @350 and they were done though the middle and not burned on the outside. I opted to dust them in confectioners Swerve instead of frosting them so we didn't have to wait too long to eat them. 🙂

    I'd love to see this recipe converted to grams. I'm in Australia and your US cup measurements are different from ours. I used an app to convert to grams, and my cake is in the oven now! So, I do hope it turns out!

    Different brand of ingredients make such a difference! I had 2 neighbors try the cake and they loved it...as well as my non keto husband and 9 year old son... the cake is amazing... and I am one who's over everything having the texture of corn bread due to the almond flour...so believe me...I was skeptical. It's also refreshing to have you on without constantly talking about macros and ketones and gki....like sooooo many other accounts...and you're adorable. :)
