I still believe Laura should have won that season.

It's a shame that most people don't understand or appreciate this genre of music. She should have won this event because this performance, in my opinion, was one of the greatest female opera performances of all time.

The sweetest instrument known to mankind- the human voice...this child is an angel from heaven...so ethereal ..I wept

2:23 the trills done to perfection. same the warbles and vibratos. every single note perfectly. she sings like she's been at it longer than her age. this generation opera lovers in for a once in a century treat.

Such a CLEAR voice! One of the best renditions of this song, I ever heard. And SO strong. Not just one angel singing, but a choir of angels all in one voice. HEAVENLY. And such a humble girl.

saw her at the first audition thought hmm this girl is rather special -- wonder how she will do late ages -- saw how dam good she became -- then i looked back at this and hell didn't I miss a once in a lifetime performance -- as later videos have shown the passion and hand movement is not trained its part of how she expresses herself -- this lovely person is a priceless treasure

This wonderful young lady is a gift from GOD in heaven just to show us HIS majesty! Not to take anything away from Laura Bretan but it is obvious to me that Laura has been blessed by a very special and unique gift that few possess. When I hear Laura sing Pie Jesu it is as if I am hearing an angel sing to me. Great emotion floods my heart and I cry out great praise to GOD thanking HIM for showing us HIS great splendor.

An angelic voice, and a beautiful piece of music, a perfect combination.

It does not matter to me how many times I listen to this, get chills all over. Waiting for her getting on a world tour in all the best arenas, just wow, extreamly talented; I should know bcs I teach upcoming opera stars, she is the best I have heard in 15 years of work. Imagine, have been teaching longer than she has lived. I am so happy for her, a great future with the proper guidance. For once have genually give Simon credits to what he said. So, so, so true. Would like to work with her. 💕

Yes, she is the best classical voice ever born on this planet, ever. I've been following Laura since she was 7-8 years old because I felt she had something special and unique hidden in her voice as a child. When Laura was almost eleven years old and her voice began to change, my suspicion turned out to be real. Back then she didn't have a voice teacher ( kzread.info/dash/bejne/potr1LuJprnNo5c.html ). Such a vocal gift is unique in human history. In 2017, a few months after AGT, Laura was invited to perform in a concert with world-class professional singers: -"Vissi D'Arte" ( kzread.info/dash/bejne/fq5olLJmm9jQp6w.html ). An early 15 y.o kid's masterpiece, still clumsy, but brilliant, epic. 💖🎶 -"Nessun Dorma" ( kzread.info/dash/bejne/iZ13xJlseq2bcZc.html ). Too bad she didn't master her vocal technique.

Tears. No matter how many times I revisit this performance, she brings tears to my eyes. Stunning. Bravo, young lady. Bravo.

The natural voice of Emanne doesn't help her too much because is too tiny for opera. Laura's natural voice is the best classical ever born on this planet, she is NATURAL. If Laura had the opportunity to train her voice properly, now she was already singing on the greatest opera stages of the world ...

​@@barryplant2895 In the field of classical music, especially opera, the main factor is the capability of the NATIVE voice and, in this chapter, Laura is probably the supreme example ever born on this planet. Even if it reaches maturity, Emanne's voice will be no more than a tiny common voice, a nice and educated one. If Laura had a similar vocal training, I'm sure that now she was starting to sing pure opera on the greatest opera stages of the world. You should also read our colleague's @Marianne Rosenström comment, from this topic. She vocally trains young opera talents.

@@patsyspry6248 You're delusional. Emanne has a weak voice. No matter how hard she trains her voice or how professional she is, because she is not gifted with a natural born voice. Emanne will be never able to sing pure opera.

to repeat from other vids: the stage crew do NOT go to these lengths for just hopefuls. Laura has done e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g necessary to anchor a life long career in opera. nd she is the one whose sound I will follow as if , nay, *because* I am completely hypnotized.

Dupa cum stiam, nu ma mir ca americanii sunt idioti, e doar o confirmare in plus, spun asta vazand ca au dat mai multe voturi pentru "tape face" - nu intamplator habar n-au unde-i Roamania pe harta, ca-s prosti de inghit cuie. E drept ca si romanii au venit cu "capra vecinului" cand s-a pus problema sa voteze, daca a ajuns Laura la mila juratilor. Nu se pune problema milionului, e ca si pierdut, in locul ei le-as spune sa-l dea lui Grace si n-as mai participa la finala, ca prea ii "umfla" pe tape face si pe "mata ragusita" care zdragne un instrment c...si cica mai e si mare compozitoare.
