I’ve heard fanatics told teams not to make any major changes until the 25-26 season because they’re trying to get the on ice jerseys right and probably try to sell the current fanatics jerseys instead of making new ones

I’m sure we’re gonna get a much better jersey than the current breakaway jersey or at least let’s hope so. I have some fanatics tshirts and even after and handful of trips through the laundry the screen print cracks and peels off I don’t mind their hats but everything else is so bad it’s ridiculous

Just wanted to say that if you look at the Winnipeg Jets WASAC jersey. They actually stitched the numbers and letters onto the jersey. Even the crest has 3D effect that are similar to the adidas jerseys. There are a few downsides like unfortunately the shoulder patches aint stitched but its not bad so hopefully thatll be a good sign for the future

And the winter classic too, better than previous Fanatics but still not on a par with Adidas. Expect the 24/25 jerseys will all be like this, so a slight upgrade on quality but you can be sure the price will rise to a midway point between now and Adidas, so the 'Official Authentic Player' jersey will be cheaper than Adidas say Fanatics. And to someone who has never bought a jersey before they will be happy. But anyone who has an Adidas, well lets just says I ordered my last 2 hockey jerseys ever. I have at least 1 jersey for each team thank goodness!

All The Stanley Cup Champion Hats used to be Stretch fit when New Era Did them but as soon s Fanatics took over all the bats went back to adjustables and the hats are sooooo boring now and blah,

I get most of my hockey merch from ‘47 brand, and I’ve always wondered if they’d ever venture into jerseys. The company is headquartered near Boston, so it would be nice if they did some kind of collaboration with the Bruins. I know Mitchell & Ness does retro NHL jerseys, so there’s that. Anything but Fanatics.

@@Nall412 the Fanatics is known to make cheap, and easily damaging replicas for the jerseys of ANY sports league plus have the exact same prices as the Adidas jerseys that they can't stitch the right number, misspell or mistake player's name with the number plus the fabric can easily rip when its washed or worn even they place the crests in the wrong jersey and the crests are horribly made. Their championship hats are lackluster

As a jersey collector, I have bought a handful of Fanatics jerseys. I have a total of 35 hockey jerseys ranging from Reebok, Adidas, Warrior, Nike, CCM, Sarter, Koho and Lutch. I have a reverse retro 2.0 Blues blank, 2021 Blues Winter Classic, and a reverse retro 1.0 Arizona Coyotes. The reason I bought them is because they fit me better than the Adidas ones. I've bought Adidas is the past and have been burnt by assuming they would fit the same or similar to the Reeboks. Do I think the fanatics ones are not the nicest of material, yes. But I have had zero issues with the one I have bought. The only reason I have the coyotes fanatics reverse retro is because you literally couldn't fine the Adidas ones at the time. Both the Blues winter classic and reverse retro 2.0 are decent quality. The crests and numbers on them are completely different than what is on my cheap coyotes Phil Kessel that I got for $40. It has the super shiny crest and numbers. Besides that. I don't think they are as bad as people say. Are they great. No, but I'd rather have one than no jersey at all.

@@fantasticvoyage262 they have two options. The cheap ones are all sublimated I believe. The authentic one I got is what they use on the ice. Feels like an authentic Reebok. They have a usa store website.

Fanatics has the money to outbid everyone else unfortunately…they are the “McDonalds” of the sportswear business…they may even decide to put the jersey ads on…

What are you talking about?! The replica CCM jerseys SUCKED compared to the on-ice Authentic ones. They were lighter, easier to tear, and had everything heat-pressed compared to the on-ice Authentic jerseys that had SEWN team logos on the chest, reinforced elbow patches, a fit designed to wear pads underneath, and the CCM logo embroidered on the rear hem. If you honestly think the cheap CCM "basically looked the same" as the pro level jersey, I'd love to see your video on that.

This is the 4th "reaction" video I've seen about this Fanatics jersey issue, and for the life of me I can't understand what all the crying is about? 😢🤔 Every since I started collecting jerseys in the mid-1990's when CCM had the contract, there has ALWAYS been BOTH an "on-ice Authentic" jersey of higher quality and a more affordable replica jersey. The authentic CCM jerseys had tougher stitching, reinforced elbow patches, an embroidered CCM logo on the lower right rear hem (both sides for authentic Wayne Gretzky jerseys), and a fighting strap, all while the lesser quality and more affordable "replica" jersey had an iron-on logo in the rear. I hated the replicas, so I never bought one. They're were just cheap. When Reebok took over, they too had an on-ice Authentic of higher quality and a more affordable replica with that silly sizing patch sewn on the front hem. My collection has both versions. Adidas on-ice Authentic jerseys, like your Avs jersey, are the better quality and more expensive ($180 US) option for those who want the look and feel of an NHL player. They have the shiny logo on the neckline vs the crappy stitched patch on the REPLICA Fanatics jersey. The Adidas ones have the fighting straps, more detailed team logos sewn on, and the embroidered Adidas logo on the back of the neck, whereas the Fanatics "Breakaway" jerseys have the ugly sizing patch on the front and a heat-pressed logo that's easy to fold and pack away for trips. That's why they retail for only about $125 U.S. If people think that the NHL will accept the current Fanatics Breakaway jerseys quality for the on-ice Authentic jerseys players wear and collectors like us prefer to buy, they're high on crack. Stop worrying, especially since the same manufacturer in Quebec will be making the jerseys in 2024. Sadly, I lost all my CCM jerseys in a house fire years ago, so I only have my collection starting with Rebook, otherwise I'd make a video of my own to show you guys. #Relax

If they make a jersey like the prime green Adidas it might make fans a bit happier but unfortunately I gotta see it to believe it

I'm so afraid the NHL uniforms will turn into cheap and crappy uniforms. I will say the only slight hope I have is Fanatics whole deal that they make things for fans by fans. IF (and that's a very big if) they listen to fans and make an incredible quality product then this could be incredible! With that said my confidence in that happening isn't very high. If it does then this could be the best move the NHL has made! However I'm afraid this could be one of the worst moves they have made. Only time will tell. If Fanatics is smart in the way of jerseys, they will have 3 versions of jerseys available to the public. The three options being: Breakway Replica, Authentic Replica, Authentic On-Ice (MiC). That would be able to hit every part of the market and anyone who wants a jersey could possibly get one and the one that they want. Again only time will tell.

Idk, they make mlb jerseys right in pa for team and sell on field jerseys to fans, Hoping they sell mic jerseys to public or could be a complete flop. I all ways buy banks and have philadelphia flyers team stitcher do my jerseys for $70.

Fanatics has only made the replica jerseys, so far. So we don’t know how good their authentic and on ice jerseys may be. Maybe they will surprise us and make a good quality authentic jersey. Maybe they will sell to the public the MIC jerseys and they keep the same quality as the Adidas! Am I holding my breath? Of course not. But they could listen to what fans are saying, and make changes.

I hate fanatics as much as everyone else. But, money talks. Owners are still trying to recover from the Covid years. That’s a lot of lost revenue, that they need to make up. If fanatics offer them more money than Adidas, they’re going to take it. Just like expansion. If they can get two or four teams to pay $3 billion total for an expansion team, they are going to take it.

They should just keep the adidas jerseys and put their logo on it…although they’ll probably sell them for $200-$220 for a blank. Actually i think that’s going to be the price no matter how nice or terrible they are.

Buying a fanatics jersey and buying an adidas jersey from a fanatics run website is pretty different. I think he mostly by his Adidas jerseys from BenH or sportsK like most of us do. There are other places that you can go to to get an Adidas jersey other than Fanatics website. One thing about Fanatics websites or that they do have a lot of codes. A lot of times they can be applied to adidas jerseys so you get a discount. I buy a lot of Fanatics hats, so I got a lot of fan cash and that’s a good way to get a discount to.

I think everyone is panicking over nothing, fanatics jerseys are not as bad as some people present them to be.

NHL you guys stoop this low just to be with Fanatics their jerseys are pure trash and cheap looking seen one for the first time when I went to the new location of the NHL Store in New York where I'm from and the quality on the jerseys is horrible
