A professional would've used a torque wrench. Hell, even amateurs use them.

He is the wise 'engine-master' and the others are his disciples hoping to one day learn the ancient art of engine assembly. It is all a very serious affair as any uttered word, or even a faint smile, could cause the whole engine to become dangerously unstable and spontaneously fall apart. Disaster was narrowly averted at 13:40 as the guy in the back made a comment about a dropped tuna sandwich and disciple number two cracked a smile.. harrowing and gripping stuff!

From other Pakistani small shops, most likely. Other KZread videos show them making al manner of car and truck parts.

When you’re assembling any engine, you MUST use torque wrench. Otherwise the engine will not last as long as it’s designed to work.

Lots of great hand assembly, nice work but using a torque wrench to properly tighten bolts might go a long way in making the engines last and cut down on the insane air pollution that covers most of the cities throughout India, Pakistan, and the region.

How does a torque wrench make a flathead run cleaner? Is there some magical increased combustion efficiency imparted by the "click"?

@@ludditeneaderthal When you have piston slap because it's not torqued right and wears, it won't run efficiently. Guess you don't know anything about putting an engine together...
