Hello, hello! Welcome to Ivann's Norsk Life.
Christmas is around the corner. We moved to a new house a year ago, and I think it is time to invite you to my home. We live just 20 minutes drive from Oslo. In a very nice area. In this video, I will show you our typical Norwegian house in the Oslo neighborhood. We have three floors in the house and haven't yet decorated it for Christmas.

Thank you for this. I was thinking about housing options in Norway just last night. What would a house like that, in what I am assuming is a nice area, typically rent for? I also have a couple of related questions that could possibly be ideas for future topics. Do purchase and rental prices for similar properties tend to increase or decrease in price as you get further from the Oslo city center? Also, as you move out of Oslo's central area, how does that affect your transportation options? In the US, while there is often some form of public transportation in large city centers, once you get into the suburban areas the there is generally no public transport whatsoever. At what point does it become necessary to have a car? I would like to bring my car with me, but it appears that the VAT may make that too cost prohibitive.

Very nice house, reminds me of our own house here in Canada. My dear enjoy Xmas, after all the wife of Zelisnky flew over to Paris to go Xmas shopping, and spend over $40.000 , What gives ???????? Yes indeed I feel for the poor suffering people of Ukraine they are suffering, I pray for this war to end soon.
