Tip for anyone doing the marner moment. In the team select screen, press the "position lock" button, at the buttom it says "clear position lock" allows you to clear position lock and control the whole team. Keep in mind, this IS a full price game.

Love thtat the objectives stack but as of last night I finnished the hits and didnt get the random player and I read on good old reddit you dont get the Iginla for the shots, its just bugged where you dont get the pack.

Sleeves, you should mention you can turn off the lock in HUT moments that have them or even pick a new one like goalie. It isn’t useful for all of them but for less skilled players licking to the goalie can make some if these doable (eg the Gordon Howe one)

How you think fantasy event impacts Zegras and Suzuki X-factor cards ? Could think they now bit better, but still pricey to upgrade if one of them gets hot streak and catches their progression early.

All fantasy cards below 74 register as silver cards. I think you can’t actually pull them from the packs that only include gold cards. Huge L in my opinion for people buying packs

Yeah the one timer goals took me a long time to do. I found it easiest to ice the puck then win the faceoff and take the puck up the right side with Jumbo. Then pass it to Mitch when he’s in the slot and one time it. Then I would just rinse and repeat until he scored.

@@adams9848 yeah I hate the way the game registers these things. The best way I found to score the slap shots is to either ice the puck so you get a defensive zone faceoff. Then win it and pass it to Mitch so he can out skate the defender and the take the slapper around the slot area. The other way I scored them was to keep the puck in the offensive zone until the pressure started. Then dance around with the puck until I found a path to the crease. Then skate through it and take the slapper far side. I hope it help you get the objectives done. This weeks are pretty annoying haha.

lol its actually the best nhl game ever made, it helps the noobs but still rewards the use of skill stick before passes and shots so its fair. Physics are almost simulation like minus the hicheck

The “sweep checks” in HUT Rush objectives just doesn’t work for me, it’s so broken. It doesn’t register whenever I do it

Yo ,why is the between the legs shot not registering in the hut rush event

I’m at work and can’t look, do I only have like 10 hours to make Suzuki or can I make him tomorrow? I was hoping to make him but didn’t realize it was only the first week to make him.

did the Marner Moment after release, rewards are switched now, i got the collectible for 4 Drop passes, i know, it was a mistake, thank good i did it yesterday...

Was a grind but I got 36 collectable as free to play, just had to start a rebuild hopefully some better MSP’s in the next Evo event

I have a glitch where my choice pack is showing 1 in unopened packs but when I click on it it says I have no unopened packs. So annoying cuz all I have left is to complete games and every players helps so much

I have brady at 82 for the objectives and he´s wristshot is just automatic. It just feels to be harder than any other players. 15 shots with him and 13 goals.

Sleeves, all biases aside is it worth making Hertl? None of the others interest me at all.

Does the x factor card will follow up with the Evo MSP like Slick Nick (Nick Suzuki). Also im a bit disapointed that they took x factor card for evo i would have maybe prefer a Cole Caufield so i could have build my team nicely. But i wont complain and i'll take Nick for sure!

Great vid Sleeves. So, week 1 Fantasy MSP's can only be built this week? That's stupid. Going to be hard to get all of those free Fantasy collectibles in time to use for Week 1 players. I'm hoping there is some good week 2 players.

Im a huge Montréal fan and will definitely be going for Suzuki. The discount is great but being 99% free to play makes that quite hard lol. I currently got 6 more built but got nothing left after making them, hopefully my Rivals and SB rewards can carry me

Yes, X Factors always follow the highest released card. The difference is that with the X factors, you need to pay for each tier upgrade.

That Hertl card could be really good. Thing is he has only scored 30 goals twice in his career. I believe he only needs 27 to go 99. But the sharks are going to be shit this year. The fantasy event is 2 weeks, first will they be other players next week? Second how long we have to make the MSP... exemple can I make Suzuki in 2-3 weeks?. Third will the x-factor will also go up each time the fantasy score a goal?

Yes! There will be more players added in week 2. Once the fantasy event is done, you cannot make them again. X-factors will go up with each goal, youll have to pay for the tier upgrade though!

That way we can start collectiong our collectibles and then decide later next week if we create a player from the first or second batch.

Why does HUT rush still not register any moves. I get about 50k points on superstar after the 3.25x multiplier and should probly get about 150k points with how much points don't register!

I pulled Iafallo... As a Jets fan, I can see him easily scoring 22 goals to get a 99 Overall. He already has 3 goals in 4 games and he's been playing on the 3rd line. I think Iafallo could (low key) be one of the quickest players to 99. Especially considering hes starting at 77, and given his grit and ability to shrug off checks, I wouldnt be surprised if he got Unstoppable Force as his Zone Ability. He was recently placed on the first line Powerplay with Scheifele and Kyle Connor after Villardi was injured and is expected to be out for 2 months. I can also see Iafallo being bumped up to 2nd line Centre if Cole Perfetti cant establish himself as a Centerman. Cole was recently moved to the wing. I think Iafallo could (low key) be one of the quickest players to 99. Especially considering hes starting at 77, and given his grit and ability to shrug off checks, I wouldnt be surprised if he got Unstoppable Force as his Zone Ability.

Hi all, how about this idea: make the 32 collectible choice pack. Open it to see players are in the pack. Do not choose any; close the app. In a few weeks and months when they become viable, we can select one of them :)

The sets show week 1 players being unavailable to make next week. We better be allowed to see the players for next week so we can decide which week to invest in

You don’t have to play the hut moments player locked, I turn off the lock do the objectives and get the rewards still

So pumped, i didnt pull a single MSP last year or anything really at all. Great content as always man, I always appreciate and love the vids!

I know it's all one of your favorite events. Every year that event is basicaly spending in value between 500k and a million coins on ONE player that COULD be usable in a month or two. If no injuries or bad season....Yeah, great event!
