Thank you dearest Alison for this beautiful practice. I got my period with the full moon so these days have been pretty overwhelming for me. I really try to use the energy of the full moon to release all now. However, my sourdough bread turned out to be perfect, I can't remember when was the last time I managed to bake so yummy bread. And your words made me remember all the abundance that surrounds me above the stress and anxiety.

Hello!!! I’m finally catching up on comments. I always appreciate when my personal moon cycle syncs up with the lunar cycle. It’s a beautiful time to feel empowered by the bleed… but it can be a lottt. 😟 I’m glad this class served you during that extra-auric time. 🙏🏽 Yay about your sourdough! It sounds delicious. Aw yay! I thought about combining them but I just couldnt. There was too much ground to cover haha and I was inspired by both things. I'm glad you're enjoying the music. It's a new thing and I'm loving it. I'm thinking about making some ambient/meditation playlists for the channel.

Thank you so much. I woke up with a head ache so a nice slow flow was perfect today 😌. I’m not ready for autumn yet; it’s been a wet and cold summer here in the UK. But fingers crossed this full moon will bring a bit of warmth and sunshine to ripen the fruit. Amanda. Xxxx

Another beautiful class, thank you! Your introduction is poetry. Last night in Central Jersey the almost- full Sturgeon Moon was orange and huge! And we will get a Blue Moon at the end of August. Very fortunate.

@@moonmedicineyoga merci de ta reponse. je finis l'ete au calme, a me reposer, a faire plus de yoga (ah si je pouvais faire du yoga 5 a 6 heures tous les jours je le ferais (mon reve)). je marque aussi une pose dans mon travail pour decluttering toute ma vie et trouver le vrai but/sens/direction a venir.

I’m located down in New Zealand…you’re totally welcome to come join😂 and there are still many ideas working their way through my head but I keep coming back to honouring the Pisces energy with a focus on the feet, and/or the idea of opposing energy i.e. grounding down to open up, release to allow in, etc. What are you thinking at this point?

It’s always fun and a release that folks don’t even realize they need. In the past I’ve made connections like “stepping” mindfully into a new cycle, too. The inspiration is endless.
