I've never been a Berni fan. I knew she had the popularity with being attractive, but I found her game kinda stiff. Has she always played like this? The variety of shots just from her backhand was 👀 (are you kidding me?) or was it because she was against Chen Meng that her game elevated?

@@sengkean85 you misinterpreted my meaning of "are you kidding me" "wide eyes". This video made me a fan of here because is the amount of varied shots she was pulling off just her BH (not even her FH). I was thinking Meng and her make a great pair of rivals. I like tricky shot players like Gauzy, Qihao and Xu Xin. This was the first time I've been this impressed.

She had no coach in the corner, no support, and yet, performing on the pressure, she managed to come up with all strategies of the match herself. All moves she planned and executed by herself! Looks like the sales of those pink rubbers are now going to through the roof :)

Though, in Cheng Meng defense, I think that she was already tilted by some personal strugle before entering the match, she was not in her best shape while Bernie was.

Something bad happened to CM even on her worst day she would not be beaten by BS.Whatever happened shook her to her core.Important lesson if you play be focused 100% if not do not play !!!
