    Yayy Me! I did all 52mins and 15 seconds...on a weeknight...after 9 hours at the job...3 hours in traffic...and a preschooler fighting bedtime! But that was an another awesome workout and I was definitely feel it even with my lil 2lb weights!

    Jessica, this was a fantastic workout. I never even considered doing a barre workout because I thought you had to have a barre. I love how you incorporate so many different types of exercise in your workouts. For the first time in my life, I'm actually looking forward to and enjoying exercising. My favorite part of this workout was when Peanut did her tongue "exercises" on your face and ear. I literally laughed out loud. Thanks so much!

    This workout has literally improved my back view and has toned my body in exceptional ways! It's amazing how this low impact and gentle movement workout challenges and changes many trouble areas. It's definitely one of my favorite go-tos!

    I love, love, LOVE the barre routines. They totally exhaust my muscles without being painful in the wrong places (joints, etc). I could do this one everyday. I always feel taller after.

    Loved this as I love all Jessica’s routines because of the variety she provides. This Barre routine was a terrific moderate intensity day workout and there are lots of challenges in there. My glutes were shaking at one stage. It was fun and the time passed by very fast. Peanut was adorable as usual.

    I have enjoyed your ballet workouts. Today doing the full length I feel like i worked all parts of my body. Thanks Jessica! it is very important for me to have movement everyday. I also notice it makes my yoga classes so much more fluid.

    My dance class was cancelled today, so I did this instead. This gave me the burn from the workout and the soul from the dance moves. I liked that the moves could be done by any level. 47:35 was so funny! Thank you Jessica and Peanut!

    Silly Peanut - what a little cutie!!! Great workout! I'm two days behind on this weeks workouts, I've had a hell of a week and thought I was going to loose my dog. Thankfully he's still with us and now we're back on and ready to focus on the challenge again - YEAH!!!! I'm going to double up on a couple of workouts this week to catch up.

    After broken my ribs two years ago, I thought I could never do sport anymore because of the pain, it was too heavy... But after 5 months, I discovered your workouts, and I did the 6 weeks walk strong perfectly ! Now I'm moving to your other workouts, still great !     I love this workout! I get daunted easily with the longer workouts, but I liked the mixture of cardio, weights, and stretching throughout. BC day 5 done!

    Love barre workouts...While my legs were burning and I thought I couldn’t take it anymore, looking at Peanut laying there without a care in the world made me laugh and helped me get through it. :) She could not be more laid back (except when YOU do the relaxation or stretching workouts).

    Just finished! This work out kicked my butt!! I could not finish all the barre reps - guess there some muscle groups that are weaker than I realized! I've been working out 6 days a week for a 1 1/2 year and never expected to find a work out that was such a challenge! Thanks Jessica, for giving my muscles a much needed work-out!

    Oh my goodness! I cannot believe how to breath and how my muscles in my butt are not as strong as I thought they were. Oh and balance too!!! This was definitely challenging I have a true new respect for ballet dancers!!!

    oh gosh! I am so glad no one was home to watch me do this workout. I would totally be the comedy relief for today!!! Nothing graceful about me! Not that I care! I had a good laugh and a good workout! I kept looking at Peanut rest on the mat while you were stretching..Mine stayed right by me the entire time as well. Thank you Jessica!

    Thank you so much for including this one in our weekly email workout suggestions. I think I may have avoided this one in the past because it was 50 minutes...but I'm always so happy when I do the longer workouts!! Was anyone else moving all over the place at the end when we were sitting and stretching one leg and arm out to the side? It made me laugh through my sweat :)

    I definitely have to agree! Before I would have skipped doing this but after I have pushed myself to do a longer workout like this really helps me build my endurance and tolerance level for these kinds of exercises. Btw, I am so happy that Jessica has started doing weekly schedules for us again :)

    I'm 35 weeks pregnant and have been doing on and off HIIT workouts. As I'm coming to the end of my pregnancy and carrying all this wait around, it was refreshing to find your channel.     Gosh I have been doing one of your other ballet fitness routines for years and just stumbled on this one. It's great! Intermediate and slightly challenging too which I was craving. I find your ballet fitness classes so much better than those taught by others doing ballet fitness, sad you went away from ballet fitness vids, I think you have a real talent for integrating different moves and keeping it energetic so one never gets bored. A sense of classical dance but also a great workout.

    #Summerofstrength done for the day. I absolutely LOVE this workout. I've done it a few times over the past year and I am getting much better. I still have to set the weights down when we do the overhead ballet arms. I was super excited when I saw the 52-min. barre workout today because I love doing it, but usually don't want to on my own. When it's part of a "challenge," I'll step up, but otherwise, I tend to focus on the "easier" workouts. Thanks for a great start to the week, Jessica!

    Dear Jessica, you are the one I have always waited for, I LOVE your classes. I wouldn't miss one of them.     This is the first time I've completed this workout. I tried a while ago but gave up too soon. I have to say this was very challenging. I modified a lot of the poses so I could do it. I do feel wiped out, but I'm glad it did it. I just love your videos and want to be able to at least complete them all even if I have to modify them. I tend to stick to the easier ones, but now I want to be challenged. Thanks for such a wide variety of videos!

    Awesome! Usually I don't feel all that feminine when I'm working out and I'm all sweaty/panting lol, but this helps me feel graceful/pretty while I get in shape. Thanks!

    Thanks for this, I was doing this at work on a slow day. It helps me to teach the little one better gross motor skills and body awareness. Both of our balance is improving.
