If the hairs on the back of my leg grow sideways, do I have to apply the wax in the same direction or can I just do it in a straight line?

  • @HardWaxSolutions

Hi Jess! You can start by applying the strips straight town, and for clean up you are welcome to try diagonal strips to grab any hairs left behind :) Hope this helps!

when I saw that black tattoo on the ankle for the first time I thought that was an ankle bracelet, but when that waxing went over it I noticed I stumbled, because it wasn't a bracelet, than I noticed that was a tattoo.

About how much time does it take after you apply the wax for it to harden enough to pull it off? I often wait too long and the wax gets too stiff

It depends on the wax,but try to tap it or dig a nail into it,if its gummy but a little bit hard you can pull it,just make sure that you are not pulling it too early

Hi Virginia, we absolutely do not re use sticks before each application. As you said, our Body Wax Applicators are low cost, and for sanitary reasons we do not double dip. You can see all of our tips on our Waxing for Beginners video, which covers this topic! And if you are looking for low cost Large Body Wax Applicators, they are available on our website - 100 appicators for $2.74!

Is there less irritation with this type of wax than with say, wax strips? I’m new to the world of waxing, and my skin gets red because I need to go over it multiple times because my hair is so thick & coarse. This looks so much less irritating

2 things...1) what size stick are you using and 2) what do you do when the hair doesn't grow that in that direction? I've had clients where hair grows at an angle...that's what i'm trying to get how to do....i know every client isn't the same

  • @HardWaxSolutions

Hi Jennifer! These are our Large Body wax applicators found on our website under accessories. When using hard wax, you should be laying the strip going with the hair growth. Then any clean up strips, going against the hair growth. You can use hard wax up to 3 times on the skin with no damage.

There's no recipe for hard wax you need to buy it from a manufacturer. You can try making sugar wax yourself by looking up how to do it, but I've never had any luck with that.

does waxing reduce the appearance of keratosis pilaris? because i shave about everyday to every other day and it’s pretty noticeable even if i exfoliate.

honestly, i also have kp and i dont notice much of a difference. find a kp body scrub, (first aid beauty’s is amazing, but pricey), they have ahas in them that chemically exfoliate to get rid of the keratin. ive also mixed dermalogica’s microfoliant mixed in with my sugar scrub and that works great too. i would also recommend finding a colloidal oatmeal body lotion to use after showering.

For 2.2lbs of wax we have formulas as low as $20!! Thats $10 a lb! It takes about 1lb of hard wax to do a full leg. We are having an awesome Black Friday sale, 10% OFF ANY HARD WAX with code - BLKFRIDAY. . We are the most economically priced hard wax on the market to date!... So you will always be profitable! We also have the best Italian made soft wax as well :)

I thought the same thing at first.... that this hard wax creates a lot of wasted wax, Because you need to apply it so thick. But then I thought about it, and it’s actually pretty close, if not cheaper than soft wax... you don’t need the extra tools like with soft wax (paper strips) which are expensive. You literally only need a warmer & applicator sticks.

ik this is old, but hard wax doesnt pull at the skin, so its not as irritating as soft wax. soft wax also removes your skin, so you dont want to do multiple passes with soft. you can also do hard first then clean up with soft wax

If you have time and are wondering about God please read this : Jesus died for our sins, He lived the life we couldn’t. Anyone who acknowledges that they are a sinner and recognized that Jesus Christ died on the cross and rose 3 days later, and truly accepts Him as Lord and savior, will be saved . Repent and Live for Him 🙏🏾He loves us and He is coming soon. 💞💞 I love you too❤️
