You’re speaking in past tense. She got plastic surgery over a decade ago and I’m sure she has worked on herself to the point where she’s happy, she’s in love and obviously feeling good. Stop living in the past. What’s done is done but what’s important is that she’s still here doing what she loves and spreading positivity around. You do not know her to know if she now knows how beautiful she was, ppl grow, ppl learn, ppl change, ppl realize things. Move on. Surgery is there to stay
