FULL Finishing Workout for Craftiness and Acrobatic Layups with Coleman Ayers 🔬
Спорт
It's takes some creativity to truly train finishing without a partner playing defense. In games, finishing at the rim is so heavily based on taking contact, adjusting, and being mindful of shot blockers that we have to find ways to train this ability without a partner. Here's a full workout you can use to do just that.

@ByAnyMeansBasketball can you do player VS (who you got) full breakdown
A small detail that I really appreciate in this video, and in general, is when people show themselves actually missing their shots or layups. You immediately have more credibility this way.

Yeah man, came here to say basically the same thing. Too many channels on KZread where they never (hardly ever) show their misses. If you're not missing, particularly with this sort of workout, you're probably not pushing yourself hard enough.
Resume: > Jump-Across Warmup - 8-12 makes > Two Foot Finishing Sampler: (Stretch Finish; Stretch Reverse; Stretch Across; Jump Across Finish; Two-Foot Floater; Slide-By Finish) - 2-3 makes each finish > Distance Finishing - 8-12 makes total > Audio Cue Finishing - 6-10 makes // Self-Oop Finishing - 5-8 makes

Would love to see more of this style of workout, that can be done by yourself but mimicking game situations since most players probably workout on a court by themselves 💎

Huge respect for showing your misses as well
thank you for the video.😌
Love the idea of this. I’d much rather do a workout like this that’s creative and challenging than doing set finishes over and over again.
Thank you!!!
Great content ✊🏽
Nice video keep up the good work!
