FULL Finishing Workout for Craftiness and Acrobatic Layups with Coleman Ayers 🔬

It's takes some creativity to truly train finishing without a partner playing defense. In games, finishing at the rim is so heavily based on taking contact, adjusting, and being mindful of shot blockers that we have to find ways to train this ability without a partner. Here's a full workout you can use to do just that.

    A small detail that I really appreciate in this video, and in general, is when people show themselves actually missing their shots or layups. You immediately have more credibility this way.

    Yeah man, came here to say basically the same thing. Too many channels on KZread where they never (hardly ever) show their misses. If you're not missing, particularly with this sort of workout, you're probably not pushing yourself hard enough.
