Bellator use to be tournaments only. But Scott Coker changed it when he took over. Cool to see bellator casually doing tournaments tho. But ufc is the retarded 1 that doesn’t do tournament at all.

Schult landed a much higher percentage of strikes thrown. Other than the spinning back fist that wade threw in the first following Schults spinning back fist attempt (which is a blind technique) wade didn’t land any Significant strikes that actually phased Schults and caused damage. Schults in round 2 and 3 landed significant strikes that seemed to hurt wade enough to cause a reaction out of him (his tell was that he’d shake his head) maybe next time with a million dollars on the line wade would put on a better poker face because the judges were watching just as I was and Wade emphasized to the audience each time Schults landed a significant strike on him. (Schults also scored the only two takedowns of the fight) given all of that apparently it was enough to get the nod from the judges. IMO Wade needs a new striking coach. [Hire Bas Rutten] Perhaps he should have thrown half as many punches but with 25% more snap and power on them and maybe they would have had more of an effect not only on his opponent but on the judges as well. There’s a reason Wade hasn’t won any of his fights by knockout. It’s because he’s pushing his punches and is just throwing too many of them. A good effort by both men.

I thought it was pretty clear to Nathan, honestly. I gave the third to Wade, but Nathan Schulte got a takedown and was able to keep a dominant position in the two first rounds. It was an incredible fight, but I don't see how this fight could go for Wade.

Schult was going forward for the whole fight, clearly had the best wrestling/bjj and wasn't that behind in the striking, since Wade wasn't doing much damage. Good decision.
