Honestly, its possible. Gege LOVES to foreshadow stuff far in the future, pretty sure we got foreshadowing of Yuji being a death womb since the early days.

I have rewatched reactions but not the direct episode and so I don't remember Gojo actually giggling when he slammed Hanami on the wall. Imo he should have just had that psychotic grin but not actually audibly giggle, kinda ruined the scene for me (still 10/10 episode).
