There should be a film about the Nubian Pharaoh Taharqa who saved the Jews from the Assyrians in 701 BCE and continued to rule for 26 years when he was crowned in Memphis and Queen Amanirenas who was described as brave and blind in one eye by Strabo and how she managed to fought off the Roman's in a war that lasted for five years from 27 - 22 BCE.

There needs to be films about black epics such as King Piye, King Taharqa, Queen Amanirenas, King Ergamenes, Mansa Musa I, King Ezana, Kalab of Axum, Sonni Ali, it would promote Afrofuturism and blow the box office like black panther.

@@LittleMissKendallS I guess she/he meant interesting, instead of funny. And yes, it's nice and refreshing to see how much more international Hollywood has become or even better, how the film industry is less centre in there and more spreaded worldwide.

By definition this isnt diverse at all! Almost the complete opposite. Diverse means a RANGE of Different social and ethinic backgrounds. Diverse would be the addition of women, asians, latino that sorta thing ;) 5 men (4 black) is not diverse in the same way that a panel with 4 white men and 1 black man is not diverse. Im a black Man btw. And im happy with the make up of the panel. I just hate how we define diverse these days. Carry on.

There needs to be a film about the Nubian Pharaoh Taharqa who ruled for 26 years from 690 - 664 BCE and became the 4th ruler of the 25th Dynasty and saved the Jews from the Assyrians in 701 BCE Siege, Taharqa's even mentioned in the old testament 2 Kings 19:9 Isaiah 37:9 and Queen Amanirenas who was described as brave and blind in one eye by Strabo who fought off the Roman's in a war that lasted for five years from 27 - 22 BCE.

There needs to be films about black epics such as King Piye, King Taharqa, Queen Amanirenas, King Ergamenes, Mansa Musa I, King Ezana, Kalab of Axum, Sonni Ali, it would promote Afrofuturism and blow the box office like black panther did, And it would also promote other black people to stop claiming other cultures such as the olmecs, and Hebrew Israelites to stop acting like a bunch of embarrasing fools in a street corner dressing like power rangers and shouting in their microphone, there are black Jews such as Ethiopian Jews but they have nothing to do with Hebrew Israelites.

I really like how they built off what the other said. That sort of echoing, verbal mirroring. It struck me in particular with Jonathan and Josh (like that moment about 'questioning' yourself and bringing that into your roles, or being stuck in the circumstances you're born in). It not only showed how attentive they were to what the others were saying but allowed for a sort of relatableness to experiences in a broader sense, if not always in a specific way. (I don't know if I'm making sense!) But it really added seamlessness to the conversation and definitely drew me in. (You know, beyond the great responses the questions generated and just their general energy with the hostess and each other.)
