I eat vicariously through you Karissa- I lost my gallbladder a few years back, so every time you go to town on food, you make my mouth water but also make me reminisce of my gallbladder days lol. Keep doing what you do! You make my day brighter and yummier!

I went to the Dubai Mall last year! It was incredible! :D

Love Dubai!! I lived there for 6 years it was the best time of my life! It was so much fun!! I love the heat and sunshine all year round. Plus I meet some amazing people who I’m still friends with to this day.

There are many more amazing restaurants in the Dubai Mall to visit. If at all it is possible to try more food there, please do! As a person from Dubai I can vouch for the amazing food you find in the largest mall in the world.

do your research and actually visit the place before speaking on it. people of other religions and cultures are widely accepted and respected in society. despite what you hear lgbtqia+ laws aren’t extremely enforced unless you publicly show it (although I think that should be changed). practicing free speech is accepted and treated just as any other modern country. another fake rumour is that poor people die at the stake of construction and labour. it’s true that labour of people from overseas (and most prominently south asian countries) is of abundance but those people are happily and willingly doing that work. western media has changed the outlooks of easy-to-convince people like you to reversely think about these advanced countries, when everything they are saying is negative and wrong. so please, saying this wholeheartedly, please be more open minded and not take things immediately. do your research, actually go to those places. thanks

@@varoom4579 I did my research, that´s why I commented. If you are a lower wage emplyoyee you´ll have nothing of that shiny fancy Dubai you just described. Do you REALLY think that those workers came to Dubai WILLINGLY and not because they grab any straw they can find in order to survive only to end up horribly treated and blackmailed so they can´t leave? Besides that, this is THE place for toursists so ofc they´ll make you think all of those good things about them by keeping the streets clean, the poor people out of sight and acting as if they allow free speech and queer people to exist. They claim to be accepting of other people yet they don´t allow some gay couple to hold hands in public?? How does that sound right?

There are a lot of amazing places to visit in Dubai, but because you love food definitely visit Global Village. Trust me, you will find a million different varieties there, and if you do go, try the luqaimat (sweet balls) there. It's YUM

As a food blogger, they need to cover many food items, so they just buy different food, capture the reviews and then share among their team or partner behind the scenes.
