Improve your conditioning, mobility, functional strength and torch calories with this one✅
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest in between exercises✅
As soon as you finish the last exercise, rest 60-90 seconds. Do 5 sets for a killer conditioning workout✅

    Thanks for posting these videos I am 62 and have begun a medicine ball regimen. I have noticed improvements at work trying to keep up with men 30 years younger and it has helped. I will be looking at buying some kettle bells at the 6 month mark. Keep it going.

    I don’t understand the science behind it at all, but the “pass through lunges” give me the craziest pump in the legs i’ve ever felt in any exercise 👏

    That’s because of the added time under tension when pausing to pass the kettlebell through. Adding pauses to any exercise = more gains ✅✅✅

    Perfect build bro. Im 6 foot 1 and at my heaviest was about 215-220, strong af, lifted heavy, etc etc. I quit for about 4 years due to working 75-80 hours a week. Lost it all. Came back about 9 months ago but completely modified my workouts. Im 35 now, feeling the years of wear and tear/football/oil field etc. I dont lift heavy anymore and do calisthenics, cardio, all light weight. My wind has doubled, my stamina doubled, joints dont hurt. I feel brand new!! Still trying to get back up to about 210 ish. Definitely a hatd gainer.

    Kettle bell circuits work best with AMRAP, but as with any weight training, anything you go 15+ reps with is more conditioning than strength training. Both are useful, but serve different purposes.

    Ive been incorporating this workout into my 3 day per week full body routine I like how it hits all muscle groups but I find it hard to find other routines that I can mix things up with. I feel if I deviate from this workout I won't be hitting all muscle groups. Maybe it's just im new to kettlebells and like to play it safe. Anyone have any alternatives
