Today's workout is a follow along full body calisthenics workout suitable for beginners and intermediates. It might be slightly on the challenging side for some beginners but don't be afraid to modify anything you need to.
There are 3 rounds in total and the exercises will increase in difficulty each round so you have several options to choose from!

I love your workout routines so much. Only 2 things that would make them perfection. 1. Give a voice over when you’re about to switch to the next exercise informing us what’s about to come so we don’t have to look at the screen when we hear the beep, those of us that know the exercise’s can jump right into the next 2. Take a little bit longer on the stretching at the end. Even just 5 additional seconds for each stretch would make it feel less rushed and would give more stretching benefits.
I love the vibe... no yelling, just good music, and great movement.
I’ve been doing this for nearly 3 weeks now and I’ve seen a significant change in my strength its a great daily workout
Day 1: I struggled to the point that I litterally started crying 😃 will do again I’m tired of being weak

Might be a bit late, but: There is also a beginner routine video if this one is still too tough. Keep at it, you got this.
Love this. It's challenging but not to the point that I want to quit and never do a strength workout ever again - which is how a lot of KZread workouts make me feel! My aim is to not wobble all over the place in the reverse lunges and to be able to do a press up 😅
Dude I'm so mad I did calisthenics for months every day and then just stopped. I'm starting up again today I hope I can stick to it I know those wall sits got my legs screamin. Lol anyone reading this, you CAN DO IT! I have faith in you
Thanks! I really like how you‘ve incorporated a lot of posterior chain exercises in the workout. It hits all the right spots for most of us. It‘s very intelligently constructed. Love it!

Just what I needed. Going to do this as my main workout until I can do it without thinking oh god. Got two stone to lose in 6 months.. no good picking up weights of I cannot pick my own body up. Perfect thank you.
I love this workout, it is not so rushed like many workouts on youtube, so I feel like I have worked out but yet I feel relaxed

First workout in 4 months. I've had no motivation and lost track of my routine. I've been walking and jogging for the past 2 weeks which has really helped. I decided to put on your workout today and try at least. I wasn't out of breath and even did an extra round! Thank you Lucy for reminding me why even started, your attitude and discipline are contagious 🙌

I'm excited to try this. I have been doing cardio and HIIT and now I have realized how important strength training is. And I enjoy it. Bodyweight training seems interesting. Discipline, control and the ultimate exhilaration when feeling and seeing yourself get stronger. That is my goal.

Really like this workout and how the exercises went a little bit harder with every round! Only the stretch phases at the end could have been a little longer, but overall, very good! 💪🏻🤩

I am just getting back into exercising after pushing it off after having my baby. I have done this workout 3 times now, the first time I was so sore I took a few days off because there was no way I could do do it I could barely walk lol, but the next time I did it I was a little sore but able to do the workout again the very next day. That is already so rewarding to me

Omg best work out. It wasn’t too fast or too slow. I have asthma so I needed the breaks in between which helped and the stretch at the end was awesome. One of my favorite things to do. Thank you!!
This is one of my favourite workouts that I would normally do to, only because it's not as intense and simple to do. I don't exercise much, but I find this one very long term so yeah

this will be my go-to full-body workout now! Felt quite good, i sweated a little bit and got my heart rate up a little to and i can see myself progressing in this workout!!

I’m interested in calisthenics and i’m really glad that I can follow through this workout! The only difficulty i had was when you did walk out and switch to push up. Needs to learn push up more

This the perfect workout for me. I was injured last summer and while the injury has mostly healed, I've been left with a lot of knots in my back, waist, and hips that make any kind of bouncing or jumping way too painful. But my strength and flexibility are at an all time low. Most exersize routines are either so light I don't feel anything afterwards, or way too intense and I can't really follow along. Aside from that the stretches at the end are a little too fast (but to be far, I'm VERY stiff these days) this was just what I needed.
I've been doing this one at least once a week and I can feel it getting easier! 🥳

I was powerlifting a year ago. Haven’t been training much lately. Day 1 of trying out this workout video. Ngl I was struggling half way but managed to pull through 😅😂

Hoping that that this will keep me motivated Day 1: ✅ Couldn't do all exercises but did as much as I could Day 2: ✔️ Rest day Day 3: ✅ I could do all exercises! (Somewhat..) Day 4: ✔️ Rest day Day 5: ✅ Almost skipped Day 6: ✔️ Rest day Day 7: ❌ Didn't have the energy to do anything today Day 8: ✅ Did it! I think I'm noticing improvement Day 9: ✔️ Rest day Day 10:❌ Was really busy today Day 11: ❌ Same as yesterday Day 12: ✅ It was hard to start again but I did it Day 13: ✔️ Rest day Day 14: ❌ Was busy Day 15: ❌ Same as yesterday Day 16: ❌ Fell asleep... Day 17: ✅ Did it! Hopefully I won't slip up like this again Day 18: ✔️ Rest day Day 19: ❌ Didn't do this but I did other physical activities Day 20: ❌ Sore from yesterday
This has gotten a lot easier for me but I still love it for maintenance.💪🏽💪🏽1/14/23
