Hello. Dear all, this machine is not for sale. It's a prototype and have a few mistakes and it's not perfect. At the moment I'm working on a few new project and I don't have time to focus at those problems (machine is working all the time, but it's not perfect, it should be when I want to sell it) . In next year (2015) I'll make a new type of this machine, where I fix all of this mistakes and make it better (aluminium constructions, change CPU, and make it more efficiency and more comfortable to use. hello. I'm working now on a fiew new projects and have no time to build new version of this machine. About mould material.It's three component material. Two part is liquid and one is powder (extender). Combine together they make a thick liquid, witch you can use to cast a mould. Usualy the procedure is like this. First, make a mother mould, on milling machine or using only a hand tools like saw, polishing machine, diferent type of file. Then you make a "mother bubble", and pour in it a mixed component material. In one hour it's ready to pick up from bubble, to us it in production you have to wait about 12 hour. usualy I use it to make mould with many same type slot (clone). It's much easier and cheaper than make it all on miling machine. namazu san Thank you namazu for your answer, When i open that web site it shows many kind of resins, I see F1 is the best for thermoforming moulds. My problem here is that the plastic sheet sticks on the mould, do you use any kind of demoulding liquid or spray for non sticking and the process never stops. Thanks again

Termoformas Pix Medellin Hello, no i don't use any demoulding liquid. Probably your problem comes from wrong prepared mould surface. I always polishing surface with sand paper (gradation between 400- 600). If surface is too smooth they will be stick to the plastic (same rule as super glue) try this method and give me note how it's works. there is a few more probably reason. Do you use pre exhaust before that moment in cycle when mould goes down ? It's very helpfull. Maybe the plastic sheet is bad quality or not proper for that type of working ? In Poland have only a recycled foil, and some times their parameters are not good :( one more reason what's vome to my mind is that. On the bottom part of the frame which hold a plastic sheet in whole process, I stick a slim strip a sand paper (gradation 180-220 ) it helps to grip a slip foli and prevent to slide out foil. those few ideas should solve your problem. Please give me a feedback does it work. best regards :)

Try with Zemat Company from Łódź in Poland. They do similar equipment, but they machines are much slower and price is high.
