Kyle Ritchie, dude was not gonna let the Celtics take Game 6 no matter what. He was locked in and absolutely determined to carry the team to the Championship. Losing Game 6 was without a doubt going to shift the momentum in favor of the Celtics and that would have been devastating to the Warriors mentally and emotionally. The Celtics probably would be making history playing back to back to back Game 7s and that would have energized them. I guess Steph felt it and knew he had to go God-Mode for the clincher. Glad Golden State Warriors won.

As a big fan of Boston Sports and being a local. I tip my hat to Curry and the Warriors they outplayed us, rebounded , physically, and hit clutch shots. Even Green earned my respect. Curry u deserve to be MVP and Wiggins did great to. I hope the Celtics can win one again soon. Tatum did not play like a superstar, our bench was inconsistent .Brown did great , big Al was getting burned out and Smart not a true PG. They need a PG and better bench. East is up for grabs Heat, Bucks, Sixers, Hawks and Nets. Worried the Celtics maybe OKC with Durant Harden and Westbrook. Hats off to Golden State you earned it

I think the Celtics got all the pieces, they just need a couple of years to ripen. You can't roll into the finals playing checkers, you got to be a chess master. I think it's pretty clear they got a ways to go before they're going to be able to match with with teams like the Golden State Warriors. They put up a hell of a fight though, and at moments it looked like it could be seven games, but it's just too much to overcome

I've been a huge Warrior fan since the 70's and was TER-REE-FIED of the Celtics length, physical defense, and 3-point shooters. Game 1 showed what a dangerous team the Celtics were. Warriors HAD to win game 2 and 4 to avoid going down 0-2 and 1-3, - loved this series and teams. Warriors were 15-50 just a couple seasons ago with worst record in the NBA. Incredible turnaround by a Super Team built with the draft, not built through buying players. Boston will be contenders for years to come - can't say enough how much I love Marcus Smart as a leader and team player, with Smart, Tatum, and Brown Boston has foundation players, role players like Horford, White, Williams and Williams I would love to have on my team, and a solid coach in Udoka to become NBA champs, no doubt about it IMHO.

Now that it is over, thinking back, I was scared that the Warriors were having to work too hard to score during those first three games. They were down two games to one and to my eye looked they had to expend 100% of their energy to get a score while the Celtics only needed 90% of theirs. But as the series continued it seemed the Warriors defense tightened up, they contested shots more effectively and created turnovers so that it visually looked like the Warriors flipped that impression. They seemed to score with less effort games 4 through 6 and made the Celtics have to work much harder.

Then game 3 Tatum Brown Smart each had 20/5/5 which had only been done a few times. I thought no way they do that again two more times. Lucky guess though.

Warriors went to Game 4 not that confident. At some point, the doubt will enter in your head and make you loose in the process. For me game 4 is the momentum shifter. The game changer. When the team saw Steph fighting, they follow and gain confidence once again. Sometimes it’s a mind game, but you also have to factor the fatigue, stress and emotion in. In Game 5 & 6, Warriors are unstoppable. They believe more that they can make it, which results to performing better. Shout out to the trainers and coaches especially Steve Kerr for always cheering and believing in his players to keep going. A beautiful championship indeed. From being the worst team 2 yrs ago to being the Champion once again.

This team, what it has accomplished, I can only imagine if Andrew Bogut doesn't get hurt and DGreen doesn't get that phony tech in the 73 win season. If Durant and Klay don't get hurt in the Toronto series. Can you imagine? Easily can argue this organization should of had 5 in a row. They were easily the best team for 5 seasons in a row. However, this chapter felt like the 1st title by these guys. Congrats Warriors!! What an incredible 8 seasons. One season had 73 wins in it, another season had 15 total wins! Crazy!

Fantastic editing Allen! Superlative job of mixing the perspectives, the personal comments, the behind the scenes, the various announcers from all sides! Warriors dynasty continues, and looks promising the next few years as the core is there, and we integrate the young talent of Kuminga, Moody, and Wiseman, plus the draft choices Baldwin, Rollins and Santos. The Warriors are truly strength in numbers, a real team, as they won their 4th Chip in 8 with 3 undrafted players on their roster, including GP2. They already have the next generation waiting in the wings, with Rings.

Yep! Best part is that Al Harford pulled a Chris Paul. When CP went up 2-0 last year against the Bucks - he tweeted that he knows 99% that he's finally getting a ring which is long overdue. However, he spoke to soon 😂... Likewise, after Boston went up 2-1, Al Hartford tweeted that there is no way that they were going to lose 3 in a row, especially 2 of those 3 at home. He then wrote that he was taking his entire family on vacacation as celebration for when he gets his ring 💍. But he ALSO spoke too soon just like Chris Paul! 😂 In fact, he ended up loosing 3 in a row to the Warriors 😂

As a casual fan, it was the greatest individual performance I've seen. Boston were better and should have won that game but that man Steph kept on dropping dagger after dagger, keeping them in the game and when they won considering how the 4th quarter started, I was shocked! You could see those three's Steph dropped drained their mind body and soul. They were never the same after game 4.

Funny thing, I remember the 2001 Finals between Lakers and Sixers to this series, where the Sixers handed the Lakers their only lost of the post season. Kobe that time after the game was like "It's only one game", then the rest is history. It has the same vibe like this. Good Finals match up indeed.

48:07 Ume is the one guy who is being honest about what happened. There is another level to get to. The Warriors knew that, and had that level in them. Boston learned that lesson this time, and if they are going to win a title, they will need to get to that level. Maybe they can... probably a 2 or 3 year window if they can keep the core of 4 young guys together. Point is, saying we lost because "Tatum didn't show up," and other nonsense, is the denial approach! It's a good thing this team has Ume to keep them grounded in reality.
