Fujian Fried rice is a famous Hong Kong fried rice, this fried rice has nothing to do with Fujian, and no one knows why it is called Fujian Fried Rice! This fried rice is easy to cook, doesn't require any skill so everyone can cook it at home! In the video I use corn starch water to thicken the sauce, ratio is 1 : 1 corn starch to water.
