38 and agree. The Score will always be wayyyyy tf up there at the top of my list, which is typically made up of stuff like Pink Floyd, Tool, Radiohead, NOFX, Grateful Dead, and other classics like that. Testament to the power of an 11/10 album

I’m 37 and go back to this album often.

Best album ever! Believe it or not: this album saved my soul in one of the most difficult periods of my life. That was 20 years ago. Hearing The Score again after all these years….still beyond words. Without a doubt: one of te most brilliant albums ever written. These artists have my deepest gratitude 🙏. These days I am loosing my hearing based on a shitty disease. The most scary part to me is to lose my music and the memories I have if I can’t hear anymore. One thing is for sure: no matter how many musical memories I might lose: I will never, ever forget The Score. Ever! Thanks for that. 🙏 From bottom of my ❤️ thank you guys. (You have no idea) Incredible!

@@JohnRapheal7 maybe this is a late response: but thank you….. It is challenging, but yeah… I can still hear the the music. Thank God! But not in the same way I use to. I am greatfull for that. Even, though it’s hard: I will never hear my favorite music with full base tones anymore, nor Dolby Surround (Period) . But within this disease, this bad, I am doing fine, right now and am greatfull for that. Even though I am seriously partially deaf, I am still enjoying my favorite music. For as long as I can. 🙏

I was in college when this came out. This one girl I was hanging out with would only listen to alternative rock and she was a little grungy. I played this album for her and this was the first "rap" album she liked. HA

Best album by the Fugees... I started bumping their music in 2005 on my bus ride to high school... 🎤

The Fugees production was undeatble. 90's hiphop/Boom bap was top tier

This is my favourite tune of all times. Hands down. "Cause I've seen fire and I've seen rain" L Boogie had dope different candences. I'd be on my scaly hats and timberland boots because of this song.

Laurens verses make the album and all the guests on the album all shine. Pras and Wyclef are just there. Every guest murdered it. Even Akon is on one of the Fugeela remixes.

John forte was the low key star of the album.
