It appears you selected an Edelbrock copy of a Carter carburetor rather than a Quadrajet. If so, why?
Yes I remember converting a number of Cadillac sevilles to carbs back in the day. I'd just remove the intake manifold with all the hardware and swap in a carb and manifold as unit. Those early EFI systems were challenging to deal with. They didn't have the capabilities of on board diagnosis like engines of today. But at the time EFI was avant garde especially for an American automobile. European autos had this before. Although I'm not a fan of those CIS or K jetronic fuel injection systems,they were challenging and expensive to repair. Happy motoring with your Caddy Seville.

do you mean fuel injection to carburator fuel injected engines and carburated engines are both naturally aspirated
