Had some issues with the centre diff on mine, the front of the casing sheered off and striped the spur gear.

Great review of the FTX Zorro. Thanks for sharing my rc brother. I sometimes am drawn to trees and post also. Magnetic pull huh. hehe 😁👍

Hi guys, just a note on tyres for the Zorro, have you tried the Traxxas Slash or the Anacondas the are much harder wearing than the stock tyres. I have gone through two sets already of the stock tyres and am now using Anacondas on the road and Slash tyres on grass.

Hi , I have been looking forward to your review on the Zorro I bought one a few days ago , handles great . Had a few issues with weak servo and loose screws and front bumper coming off and slow in reverse, sorted with a surpas program card , all part of the hobby I suppose , but have to say it been great fun so far , look forward to seeing how it get on agains the other RC cars ,

Yeah mine is slow in reverse but I barely use reverse so did not consider it an issue … we have had issues with some servo savers on previous FTX cars but not experienced any issues as yet …. As you can see from video we have really put the steering to the test on our Popalong tracks ..

Yeah it was , only because I watched one of your videos on the old Zorro that I checked this morning and noticed the screws missing at the servo , luckily everything was still inside the car and put it back together . I set reverse to 75% , it's better now and doesn't get stuck as much , cheers

Does this brushless zorro use all metal diffs and pinion? Think im about to get one 😮❤❤

Did you find any good upgrades for tyres lads?? I’m on the second set from ftx and after a couple of runs mine are going all flat and lifeless again 😔

I love this car even more since I upgraded it …

All mine cars are 1-16 scale brushed truggys.stock 390 but on 2s lypo nail a taxxs lol.

Since upgrading the chassis to aluminium I have had no issues at all

is a good competitor for the traxxas slash 4x4?

Handling wise it is great .. durability not as high as Traxxas however with upgrades it can become very durable
