nice video great idea we always just cook them in butter
damn, those look delectable. wish i could have some
You guys are awesome!
I personally prefer Ritz crackers. Fine chop them in blender. Flour, egg then cracker meal. It wasnt that you didnt four them 1st that resulted in coating not sticking. After cracker coating refrigerate them for atleast 15 minutes before frying. I often refrigerate them for several hours begore frying. That sets the coating. I use a mixture of AP flour and Wondra flour.
We use peanut oil in the deep south for seafood frying.
Looks great.
Looks great, watched all 3 vids thx! It's just the metal tongs on a non-stick pan part that is driving me nuts.
Remember...Dry wet dry! The best frying secret.

How do you preserve the clams that you do not cook right away? And how long do the stay preserved?

Were the clams cooked or raw when you vacuum sealed them?

Thank you. We are going to Oregon this summer, it is not our first time there but did not know how to preserve clams. The Dungeness crabbing and clamming is fantastic there.
longer you cook them more tough ( rubbery ) they get--- should be a real quick prosses 2 min max
Nice video but: DO NOT splash water into burning hot oil, please! Use some of the leftover flour+eggs mixture you used to see if it's cookng good if you don't have any thermometer. On a more positive tone though, I would love to get there if I have a chance any time in the near futur.
oh gosh that looks so good, but I'm Jewish 😂💀. Can't have these sadly.
Mistake watching this while eating a salad😢
Never never use coconut oil for frying…. Real butter is the only thing to use. Coconut oil totally dominates the flavor.
I wouldn't suggest putting any water in hot oil to see if your oil is boiling LMAO just use your Good Old common Sense judgment 🤦🏻😂
Frying anything is not healthy.
