This is for all I'm the son of Late N. S. Dhingra, and do state here that every word he said is true, we have all gone through and still living with the things said even after 4 good years. Construction quality is the worst I've seen in life, that much that within 4 years residents are redoing the Plaster (which is otherwise falling by itself). Lot more has gone worse after this video. Kindly do hold your words before spelling them if you don't know the facts. Also do request the persons to have some respect for the unknown persons, this to those who have used disrespectful words.

Bhai apna villa no. Batana ...dekhta hun konsi bad construction hai ...kyunki 1 saal se main bhi apartments mai reh raha hun mujhe toh koi dikkat nahi aayi abhi tak.

Yes buyer is right .. is MA customer too and they extended 10 floors without intimating customers and now charging extra for that space from buyers and also Not even giving possesion because it’s on illegal land and they are keep asking demand money and not giving unit to any customer it’s total Fraud .. he is right

This gentleman is openly admitting he thought of utilising vacant space adjacent to his villa!! Issues are still being worked on

it's all a lie I visited there it's awesome it's well maintained

See ...jab koi project start hota hai toh usme aise dikkat aati hi hai .....but now the whole township is well developed ....maintainence is also shifts to third party and its good ......ph. networks are also very good.....i am an owner of a 3bhk apartment there ....i dont know the construction quality of villas but the construction quality of apartments is good ....whole construction is done by concrete and S bricks. Overall now the township is a good for stay...... The only problem here is of transportation .....but if you have car or bike ....then there is no problem at all ....metro station also is just 3 km away. Overall i wll a rating of 8 out of 10 to this project. Thankyou 😊 and yes one more thing .....don't get fool by these type of foolish videos....do visit the site personally then make your choice. 😊

@@dancewithishita863 not yet but its in process ...hopefully builder clears all its dues by the end of this year and then we can get our registry done. But for the time being we are done with agreement to sublease.

DLF ke same size apartment 2 Cr se zyada hain. 45 l mein uncle duniya khareedna chahte hain.

@@wearecoders9966 aaj ki date mein mujhe nahin lagta koi bhi builder hai jo model flat dikhata hai waesa hu ba hu flat sahi time pe woh deliver karta hai. pareshan ho kar chilla kar kuch nahin hota. Sirf apni tabiyat kharab hoti hai.

45 L bhi kam nhi hote. Baat ye hai ki buyers ko cheat kiya jata hai. Aap kisi ko apni lifetime ki kamai dete ho fir hume itna bhi haq nhi milta koi humari baat sune. Builder mafia ban gye hai aur harassment karte hai

@@Akhillll1 Akhil ji I know this. Maine DLF ka apartment liya. Bina baat ke 35 lakh aur le liya DLF ne. 5 saal delay deliever kiya. Beech mein construction rok dete hain aur kuch batate nahin. Aap socho 2 crore ka 5 saal ka interest kitna zyada hota hai.Bahut bardash kiya humne bhi but kya karein.Bhagwan ka shukra hai mil gaya.
