This is a hard working Hispanic man. I'm Hispanic and I can honestly say that these men don't go to work to look at what people are wearing or what the makeup or hair looks like. One thing though, a Hispanic man will absolutely notice any bruising on a woman and especially on her face. Hispanic men are VERY protective of women, whether it's their woman (relative or otherwise) or not. He would've definitely noticed if she had even the smallest mark on her face.

I am not a legal expert... But can someone tell me why we can't get AH's make up artists to testify if they remember they saw her bruises and tried to help her cover up her bruises. And if AH says she did her own make-up, then ask her to demonstrate her make up skill on someone who has bruises and swelling. Doesn't that make more sense? What gets me is the judge acting all shocked at him vaping and driving. Talk about entitlement. Regular people work for a living. Dude was prob on his lunch break, he didn't need this. Everyone's seen this attitude toward people on jury selection. But he volunteered that he had a terrible memory. She was also trying to cover all the bases, but it was just annoying, not informative nor helpful to her client.

This man came across as a completely honest and authentic gentleman He must have thought it ridiculous that he was being questioned repeatedly over things that are meaningless to him, not because he isn't aware of how important this is to a couple of extremely wealthy actors, but because he honestly just didn't care and is more concerned with being an honest guy that does his job as best he can. Additionally, he is smart enough to observe by those he meets on a routine basis that a lot of money and property doesn't necessarily mean a happier, better life. Loved his description of having to deal with the absurd notion that something scratching a door from four inches off the ground would be a threat to the tenants.. So true. In my last job, I had a period of supporting some global US Execs in London for a large US Financial institution when the Execs rotated thru London for several weeks. They were utter scum arrogant idiots. Their American PAs who were also drafted along were all nervous wrecks. We’d buy them drinks on a Friday but knew they were on duty 24/7 if Daddy Wallbucks was put on the wrong table in a Michelin star restaurant or he needed some diva request. Horrible people.

It's rediculous, but she goes along that line of questioning solely to make him appear like his memory is unreliable and that he's not paying attention hoping that she can throw out the reliability of his testimony shortly after the events that he didn't notice any injuries, marks or swelling on her face.

Actually this kind of questioning does exist . In my divorce trial the attorneys spent 90 minutes questioning us about a 160.00 dollar cable bill. It was ABSURD. I was being charged 325.00 an hour for each of my 2 attorneys . What a waste of time and assets . Asking the same question over and over about an insignificant payment . There is no justice .

This is crazy. How many times does this guy have to repeat he didn’t see any swelling, bruises or marks?! No wonder he’s over this. I’m over just listening to them ask him the same question over and over and over.

Unfortunately yes they do it all the time to try tire the witness into giving a different answer that they can.then manipulate. Even slight changes in words they'll use to suggest inconsistency. It's extremely annoying to listen to but they can do it and very often do. Specifically intended for lying witnesses, vulnerable witnesses, distressed witnesses or tired witnesses. Have to be on the ball to be a witness and this guy was very on the ball and handled it so well

It must be hard to focus when he is driving. He must take his job serious enough to drive to work while he testifies in front of the world and in a trial full of rich and elite people. His kids know they have a dad that would not compromise the job that feeds his family. He is an awesome person in my book.

Noticing someone having bruises and marks on their faces is very different from noticing what clothes and makeup they wear! This attorney assumed they're the same thing but these are totally different aspects of attention. A doctor who noted a patient's disease doesn't meane s/he noticed what the patients are wearing. Likewise, a security guard looking out for the safety of residents would notice signs of danger but not what they wear. The questions asked by the attorney were completely irrelevant.

Actually part of a physician, nurse and other medical professional's job is to note the physical appearance of a patient including what they wear. It is the first thing a medical professional notes when entering a room of a patient/client.

She was trying to show he was forgetful but failed to hear what he was saying. His clear memory of the loose dog made it obvious he's able to recall things out of the ordinary, but her face was perfectly normal.

I strongly dislike this lawyer lady. When the doorman was exasperated and stressed how he is tired of being involved with this and just wants it all to be over and done with and how he already signed a statement of everything he knew which was not much and she COMPLETELY ignored him. She didn’t say “I understand, and I thank you for your time and your testimony here today.” Nothing. She is VERY abrasive and unlikeable! I fail to see how the jury would be appreciative of her style whatsoever. She’s awful.

I think this gives the psychologist another point for credibility. His testimony supports the psychologist when she said she overexaggerates stuff.
