As a voice specialist, it can be seen that your great euphoria to live to the fullest is reflected in your already worn-out voice. Have you thought about improving that aspect with a speech therapist? That would greatly improve your ability to convey your powerful message while giving you the ability to continue doing so for the rest of your life without negative consequences for your voice.

He has lost his voice 100% several times and his voice muscles are so that he should not be able to speak at all. He has worked through that with the best specialiats in the world. It’s a miracle he speaks at all

He’s always sounded as he does, it’s an incidental point of difference if anything. How’s being a “voice specialist” working out? Can’t imagine there’s a market for that. He’d see through your desperate & unnecessary attempt at a positive contribution that suits your agenda.

You can also get money to invest. Start business where 500$ is the investment. Use credit card. Then grow. Or start service business with no investment
