Richard was one of the most underrated musician there was. He was so many things. He feels they were on the verge of something big...went it ended.

I agree, I think here voice was getting better as she got older...it is only imaginable what she would have achieved if she was still on this earth.

I def can say that "The Carpenter's" is my ultimate favorite band ever... her voice was just rich... and you could feel the emotion in her songs. I cant believe it will be 30th anniversary of her death on Feb. 3rd, 2013.

she would be doing great things with that voice, if she was still alive. i imagine it would have gotten even deeper and rich

theres no talent like this around anymore this right here show's that richard had a great understanding of music from the past and present there hits wouldve been endless if Karen wouldve stuck around
Uno de los temas fuera de lote de los Carpenters, el otro es "Another Song". Cuando la máquina de hacer éxitos se agotó (allá por 1976) debieron haber insistido con este tipo de temas. "From This Moment On" and "Another Song" are two "rare" Carpenters' interpretations. They should have continued on this way.

I really think this should've been released on either From The Top or Essential Collection instead of the live palladium version as it highly defers from the 1980 recorded version. And it would've given us something different as well. Also, Make Me Laugh would've been a nice inclusion on As Time Goes By.

Just what I was thinking. She didn't look sick yet, but she was already much too thin. What a waste of a fabulous talent and a future full of possibilities, that she died so young. But that arrangement is great.

+No1KCfan6 Yes, it's pitched up too high, and Karen's voice has lost some of the warmth that it usually has.
