The Mini-VS is a cracking little synth. Punches way above its price range. The low end is really beefy, so much so I don’t need to bring out my Model-D anymore with my live set-up

I pulled the trigger on this one today. Mostly because of your videos about it!😊

Honestly, having had a few PVS's over the years; the Arturia and Wavmod have the basic sound but those filters do not snap and bite like the original. This VS ProMini I like more even though the waveforms are not exact it hits with a real good filter that makes bass and percussive patches really come through,

Sound remarkeble good ! For that price - its hard not to give the "Evil Brand" a pass !

Do you reckon you could play Atmosphere by Joy Division with the string sound? I think you could and should, but don't sing only Ian can do that Peter Hook is great, just play it Starsky it's my birthday this Tuesday and I need cheering up 🙂

I think it will be better than a volka, but unfortunately it is not that useful in my live setup. Thanks for your nice video !! ✨✨

It’s different to the Volkas, Not really comparable

I have Starsky to thank for opening my eyes about this synth and the JT-4000 that I bought on release because Behringers marketing said they were polyphonic synths. Turns out they're paraphonic as they only have one filter that is shared by all the voices. Now I have two mini synths for sale because I hate Paraphonic synths.

I dig the Volca form factor, and the synth itself is really great but 4 voices limits how practical it would be. I'd rather use VST, or wait until they release an 8 voice.
