I started listening to LP when I was a kid, I never knew at 36 Chester's lyrics would mean so much. I've been battling bipolar since I was 23. My twenties were relatively normal but my thirties have been really hard. I've been in and out of hospital since 31 totally 5 and a half months in hospital. This stopping and starting has halted my life on so many levels. I feel like I've spent the past few years playing catch up to my goals and restarting where I left off. I'm about 8 weeks out of hospital I'm stable and pushing throw but I'm tired. I still have so much life to live and I love life, I'm full of gratitude and have found strength in my spirituality. I really empathise with Chester and understand firsthand how dark it can get. Anyone who has ever been there understands and if you happen to read this and are going through a dark time please hold on there's light at the end of the tunnel please reach out to those around you. Heres wishing everyone a happy 2024, it's going to be a great one :)

Chester, your voice, passion, and trauma- was always felt thru your music. As sad as it is to not have your physical self here. I have no doubt that you finally found peace. A rough life enabled you to connect so many hearts and souls. I hope your karma was eliminated and you were able to connect with the Source's everlasting love. ❤
In my opinon, Hybrid Theory and Meteora were the best successive full albums ever produced by an artist. 25 great songs i would not even skip one of them.

Why do you think he was an alcoholic? You obviously don't know shit about depression or being a manic depressive person. You can hear it in his music how he felt. Have you ever seen the video for Breaking the Habit? He fucking kills himself in the video. Weakness? No shit. He's lived this long with it. It only takes that one moment of being at the bottom to do it. That's what's tragic about depression.
Been hearing this song almost daily for a long time. For me the best song ever created. Rest in Peace Chester. We love you.

One of the best Linkin park songs ever, loved it when they played this live in milton keynes, rip Chester so sad RIP
Even after 14 years, LP songs makes you feel the same 💟
"From The Inside" I don't know who to trust no surprise (Everyone feels so far away from me) Heavy thoughts sift through dust and the lies (Trying not to break but I'm so tired of this deceit) (Every time I try to make myself get back up on my feet) (All I ever think about is this) (All the tiring time between) (And how trying to put my trust in you just takes so much out of me) [Chorus] Take everything from the inside and throw it all away Cuz I swear for the last time I won't trust myself with you Tension is building inside steadily (Everyone feels so far away from me) Heavy thoughts forcing their way out of me (Trying not to break but I'm so tired of this deceit) (Every time I try to make myself get back up on my feet) (All I ever think about is this) (All the tiring time between) (And how trying to put my trust in you just takes so much out of me) [Chorus] Take everything from the inside and throw it all away Cuz I swear for the last time I won't trust myself with you I won't waste myself on you You You Waste myself on you You You I'll take everything from the inside and throw it all away Cuz I swear for the last time I won't trust myself with you Everything from the inside and just throw it all away Cuz I swear for the last time I won't trust myself with you You You
