From the Flight Deck - Oakland International Airport (OAK)
Ғылым және технология
Metropolitan Oakland International (OAK) is a large sized, multi-use airport located on the east side of San Francisco Bay, ten miles northeast of the San Francisco International Airport and just south of the city of Oakland, California. The traffic mix consists of all aspects of the aviation community. The airport configuration and traffic mix makes Oakland a unique and challenging airport for both controllers and pilots. OAK has its own Class Charlie airspace underlying the San Francisco Class Bravo. Aircraft inbound from the southeast are cautioned that the Hayward Executive Airport (KHWD) is six miles southeast of OAK and has a similar runway configuration, albeit smaller. Pilots should review this video prior to flight to familiarize themselves with the airport’s size and runway configuration, hot spots and other challenges at OAK.
The FAA's From the Flight Deck video series uses cockpit-mounted cameras to capture runway and taxiway footage and combines them with diagrams and visual graphics to clearly identify hot spots and other safety-sensitive items. Learn more at www.faa.gov/go/FromTheFlightDeck

All of these are excellent!
Worth mentioning the two tower frequencies, and overflying the 30 numbers if flying across the bay from San Carlos or Palo Alto.
I remember doing touch and gos on 30 early morning on weekends. I wound up doing two of them. Controller chuckled when I asked for clearance on the 2nd Touch and Go and he responded with "why not"
Hello faa, your favorite aviator here can I have a full ride scholarship to the academy to be a controller? Thanks in advance I’ll be waiting 😎
