he just needed to a move his ground army! he killed everything but some ground units and then just quit playing while classic clawed his way back.

wild game. at 49:38 after the fungals caught some HT there was one storm left, it was used for feedback right after. 3 archons and 0 storms into a retreat where he lost some corruptors and all the static defense. wonder what that game looked like if rouge a-moved over the spores instead.

Lovely game set! My favorite thing seeing on these longer games is when the upgrades are completely maxed out. 3/3/3/3/3 on both sides!

Hey, Lowko, just commenting on the "muddership" pronunciation of mothership - yeah, it's technically incorrect, but it is reaaly common (especially in American varieties of English). If I heard you correctly, you did what is called a phonetical "flap", where the speaker really just flaps their tongue around their hard palate and alveolar ridge, instead of forming a proper obstructive consonant (as a t or d or th), which, as I said, is really common and there really isn't a reason to get rid of this feature, unless you're trying to sound especially British. It is cool though, that you're able to perceive "flaws" (more like inconsistencies) in your own speech!

Game 2 was the most depressing ending to a starcraft game I've seen in 14 years.... Rogue outplayed classic in every capacity besides playing protoss. In one engagement, Classic a-moved up, landed 2 feedbacks, 2 storms, and then lost 7 high Templar for free along with half his army. Meanwhile, Rogue split his army for a concave, moved the siege line forward, landed 4 fungals and 5 abducts while splitting corrupters against the 2 storms. That game was all of my ladder ptsd from boring skytoss culminating in the most anticlimactic end possible.

How did rouge throw that second game away?? he killed all the skytoss AND like 3 or 4 stargates.... and then he just retreated and chased a warp gate and slow pushed some cannons with 3 lurkers. Like wtf dude just a move your ground army and keep the corruptors near production and its game over. it took classic like 5 mins to get an army back and that whole time rogue just played passive. then he just bled out for 10 minutes in a sad slow death. after such a dominating victory he just threw it all away. i hated watching that

why dont just spend 150 mineral for a photon canon to counter nydus lurker?

My main issue with Vipers is that they are too well hidden among corruptors/overseers. Templar are supposed to feedback as a counter, but it's a targeted ability, not aoe. How can you feedback properly when their entire air army can dip in and out while keeping the vipers hidden in their numbers?

I had to skip the last third of the second game, it was quite brutal and boring. Its good to see Rogue back and challenging some of the best. I fear for Zerg with the loss of Dark and Serral.

That first fkn game is the reason why I quit playing and following this game. There's no god damn reason why Rogue should have won. He was behind but magical Lurkers making it happen. The nydus into the main base, 2 queens tanking 2 oracles and zealots while healing up each other and ending up winning? What the fuck?

26:35 I SWEAR!! The only thing the mothership does at these skill levels is.... die. Just leave the motherahip ONLY for recalls and super insane warp-ins for you army. Leave the mothership out of the main fight. 👽👻

Its ok, luckily viper really has no counter play from toss. Feedback is basically just a cooldown on being able to 1 shot units

@@felix-gj4utZerg lategame has a higher skill cap than protoss. Like if you can play it perfectly as zerg then you should basically never lose. But it’s also harder to play as the zerg lategame than the protoss lategame. That’s why someone like Serral dominates in the late game with his two spellcasters, Broodlords, lurkers, ultras, and lings and banes while other zergs can’t.

I could possibly be the worst Starcraft player of all time. I can only get like 4 apm

Game 2 was boring as shit. Basically just patrolling back and forth and when the final fight came. A certain player didn't even bother to micro his units and they all died. (Yes I'm venting).

yeah this is why no one likes late game zvp cuz chances are with the new patches protoss will win unless ur freaking serral....the whole my ball is better than ur ball of death back and forth is not great. like its soo stupid that a castor unit can quickly morph into a tanky unit that can hit land and air in the templar/archon. also templars instantly cast their spells...u know how many zerg casters got nerfed? theres a lot of stuff that dont make sense.
