mostly same lng pro there are SNF that can offer higher rate na mas mtaas s hosp

yes, kayang kaya.. i don’t have hosp exp either when i started. I was dialysis nurse before venturing in BPO.

Mama RN question lang po. Fresh graduate po ako and currently in the process of applying as SNF in USA. Zero exp po ako in bedside and nagwwork ako ngayon in dialysia. Ask ko lang po if matapos ko contract in SNF, makakapag apply po ako as bedside nurse? Thank you po

it depends po sa facility nyo, smn 8hrsx5 days, may iba dw 12hrs x3days

Ano din po difference paglagay ng doctors order sa snf vs hospital?

For SNF - it depends, if yung facility has electronic MAR they can put that in the system. Or via order slip. There are snf na paper-based pa din but most are electronic na. Hospital - all electronic, they put directly in the system or verbal orders.

it depends on your contract. Not necessarily na ginastos lang minsan more than that. It is usually stipulated sa contract mo how much you need to pay in exchange of your freedom
